Historic Village, Prime Location Elegant Safe Home with all the Amenities in Sherman, Ct , a picturesque town beside Candlewood Lake, Housatonic valley, & by the Appalachian trail & Lake Waramaug Hiking areas abound & day skiing is close-by. Ridgefield, CT is 30 minutes away.
The local villages are great for exploring with so many choices depending on your tastes: Arethusa al Tavolo is a restaurant (near Litchfield) & the White Horse Tavern is nearby, as is the Innisfree garden. 60 miles to top of Manhattan.
The lovely home has wonderful antique filled interiors & bountiful beauty. It is the perfect home to enjoy a memorable Thanksgiving or Christmas & New Years' !Sq. footage runs to approx. 2,800 sq ft.
Lots of wooded & landscaped views on 2.5 acres ! Adjacent to nature preserve w/ punctuated views of rolling hillsides surround the home.

Upstairs-Gorgeous luxury woolen carpeting.. 3 bedrooms & 1 full bathroom and one half bathroom. Beautiful new linens & bedspreads, new curtains & blinds for dark room sleep.6 desks/office areas to work remotely. Many linens are Matouk or from U.K.
