The lower level features a private bedroom, additional full bath with both shower and clawfoot tub, and a cozy family room with fireplace—plus sleeping space for more guests with two full-sized futons. With multiple ways to use the space, the full house can sleep up to 10 people.
The River Cottage is a completely separate 1-bedroom unit with a wood-beamed ceiling, full bath with large shower, and an armoire kitchenette that includes a refrigerator, coffee station and microwave.
One hundred feet of private waterfront is perfect for kayaking, riverside cookouts, or simply watching the gorgeous sunsets.
