Stay some where else !!!

Terrible stay ,10 mosquitoes bite form the first night, after 16 hours flight from New York, too tired to call for help. NOT a 5 stars hotel, No free breakfast included, although I paid for it. Far away from city center, The man who did the check-in for me, did not return my credit card and almost lost by his fault. Noisy at night because KTV on 3 and 4th flor. Will not stay here again

Shenzhen on a budget

Not having visited Shenzhen before it was a choice made on a budget that was a pleasing surprise though far away from the Center of things. You need to speak Mandarin or have a good translation app though the staff are really helpful

Hotel is ok for a quick business trip.

Nice people. Very difficult location unless you are very familiar with Chinese transportation. This is not a vacation hotel. Rooms are good size and bathroom is fine. Cleanliness needs more attention. Restaurant is poor. Quick business trip, yes, anything else is a no.

Good hotel. Good rooms and good service.

The overall experience was good. However, none of the hotel staff speak english though they were very polite and tried to help, language was a major concern. I had difficulty even in checking into the hotel. May be they don't get many foreign tourists. The room was quite good and comparatively very cheap. They had only Chinese channels on the TV. I haven't been to the restaurant so I don't know how the restaurant was. There is KTV, a karaoke bar in the hotel which also I did not visit.

If you're not Chinese ....difficult

While the hotel was ok, I was looking for something close to Hong Kong international so I could finish my two month tour of Southeast Asia ...I was in Hong Kong and saw this 5 star for half a c note a night so I went for it. I should have done my homework. Turns out its in mainland China and the airport people refer to going to is the Shenzhen airport, to get to the Hong Kong airport which requires a boat ride as well as significant commuting time which did not work for me as I had a ten am flight to the USA. I had to cancel my second night and go back to Hong Kong...four hours of commuting each way ...and go through the border. At the hotel no one spoke English...they had to put me on the phone to someone who did. The girls were very nice though...as opposed to the people who would not let me in to the hotel bar...or to a party on the forth floor disco are. In fact they were VERY rude and threatening when I accidentally got off at that floor from my elevator. All in all a huge disappointment.

Es un Hotel pésimo, de malos olores, con personal que no habla Inglés. El aseo de las sabanas es muy malo. El desayuno es horrible. ¿No sé cómo puede estar calificado como 5 estrellas?, con suerte 2 estrellas.
