I have just returned from a fantastic holiday at Rixos Radamis Sharm El Sheikh and felt compelled to write a review highlighting the exceptional service and wonderful experiences we had. First, I must extend a special and heartfelt thank you to Ahmed Amer at the Reception. His dedication and insistence on making our stay smooth and perfect were truly felt from the very beginning. I would also like to give a special thank you to Olga from Guest Relations. She was incredibly helpful and played a key role in ensuring we could try several of the fantastic à la carte restaurants. Our gratitude also goes to several other outstanding team members who made our days special: · Youseef at the beach burger station, who made the most delicious and juicy burgers. · Chef Saed at the à la carte restaurant L' Olivo, whose pizza, pasta, and steak were remarkable. · The incredible team at the Rixy Kids' Club. They made my daughter so happy that she didn't want to leave! Their energy and activities are a true asset to the resort. · The drivers of the golf carts (most of whom were named Mohamed!). They were fast, efficient, and a lot of fun. The food throughout the resort was largely excellent. The Sapphire Buffet was outstanding—so good that it rivaled some à la carte restaurants! Excellent customer service the hospitality went above and beyond, the amenities exceeded our expectations, the choice of a la cart was amazing. The hotel was keep clean and maintained to a high standard and the entertainment was also great. Only thing I would say would be the buffet food breakfast and dinner could be improved maybe by offering different world food nights or more variety for cooked breakfast.

Well we did not enjoy our time . Water was very very cold . I stayed with my family for 7 days UNFORTUNATELY , and everyone in the hotel was complaining about the water is very cold but they don’t listen and they have said “we need to keep in the atmosphere temperature “ !! Also , the service is very very bad . If you call them from your room after 10 PM no one will literally answer your calls to the reception. You need to call more than 8 time to have someone answer. First day when we arrived our suite had no hot water , and the main room was too hot and the air conditioning was not working fine . They came for maintenance and they took from my day more than 3 hours . After that they told me you should turn the water on hot for 15 mins so it can be hot !! After all they have changed our suite to a good one . Their employees on reception are not helpful at all . Some of them were mean also . NOT A RECOMMENDED HOTEL AT ALL . I have stayed in Rixos segate before and had a perfect stay . But this one they need ages until they start to be a good hotel with a good service. Also i this they need more staff. Very bad . Thank you

Bad stay

We were disappointed with the hotel and their service at the reception, they are very harsh and asked for extra money for a child, even though the room was booked with two children and the age is listed on the reservation, the hotel is fully booked and they are not ready for it, they don't clean near the pool and also in the lobby it takes a lot of time. Not worth the money and not suitable for Rixos level
