Well we did not enjoy our time . Water was very very cold . I stayed with my family for 7 days UNFORTUNATELY , and everyone in the hotel was complaining about the water is very cold but they don’t listen and they have said “we need to keep in the atmosphere temperature “ !!
Also , the service is very very bad . If you call them from your room after 10 PM no one will literally answer your calls to the reception. You need to call more than 8 time to have someone answer.
First day when we arrived our suite had no hot water , and the main room was too hot and the air conditioning was not working fine . They came for maintenance and they took from my day more than 3 hours . After that they told me you should turn the water on hot for 15 mins so it can be hot !! After all they have changed our suite to a good one .
Their employees on reception are not helpful at all . Some of them were mean also .
NOT A RECOMMENDED HOTEL AT ALL .
I have stayed in Rixos segate before and had a perfect stay . But this one they need ages until they start to be a good hotel with a good service. Also i this they need more staff.
Very bad .
