Staff were very good and helpful. Especially the breakfast staff. It was a lovejy little hotel close to buses and trains. Also the lift up and down to the seafront was very convenient. I hope to revisit next year. Also a special mention to the receptionist on check out. Who checked out the train and ferry tunes for me. I was very pleased with everything.

Perfectly fine for a short stay. Photos of the place versus reality not exactly true to life, the place could do with a bit of a refresh in my opinion, was a bit tired looking (but was clean). Stayed for two nights, never saw anyone except a cleaner briefly! Reminded me somewhat of the Mary Celeste and the Overlook from The Shining! It was out of season however, so probably why!

Mistakenly booked the wrong room, the host couldn't have helped us more and moved us to a better room. Facilities were great, peaceful and relaxing. Only bad point would we found drinks to be quite expensive

Nice hotel, not actually right by the sea as I expected as it is actually on a cliff, but this could be my fault for not looking at all the photos. Some of the hotel is nicely decorated, other areas quite shabby. I booked a single room which was very tiny and claustrophobic but it was a good price. Close to shops and a high street and cliff walks. Staff helpful and friendly. Great views on the veranda. Breakfast was average but plenty as it was a buffet.
