施設は少し古さを感じますが、部屋は広く快適です。 地下鉄2号線の駅がホテルの直ぐ下に有るの観光地や2つの空港へもアクセスは良いですね。 道を挟んで向かいにはカフェ、レストラン、スーパーなどが入っている施設も有り、コンビニも地下鉄改札階にセブンイレブン、ファミリーマート、現地チェーン店の3つあるのでとても便利です。 ホテルの入り口が大きい通りに面していない(北側)なので少し分かり辛いかも知れません。

どの部屋にもキッチンが付いていて、冷蔵庫、ガス（IHもあり）、電気ケトル、屋外または室内に洗濯機が装備されています。 洗面所には、固形のせっけん等はありません。 無料で使える使い捨てのスリッパもあり、質感も大きさも程よく快適です。 ただ、床や水回りの清掃が一部行き届いてない場合があります。 ダイニングテーブルの下などに、なんとも表現できないホコリが溜まっていたりすることがよくあります。 ウォーターサーバーが設置されている部屋がありますが 水は自分で買ってくるのでしょうか？ 2～3日の滞在では、そこまでは面倒だし　そもそも、どこで買ったらいいのか分からないし　中身も不安です。　飲料水はコンビニで買えばいいので不要な設備じゃないかな…と。 ホテル入口、エントランスの不潔感は、なんとも言えない不快な感じがします。 全体的に非常に良い、清潔感あるホテルだと思います。 上海市内の同一価格レベルのホテルでは最高レベルじゃないかと思います。

Wi-Fiの設備があるのにパスワードが見当たらず結局使えずに一日を過ごしました。 トイレ・シャワールームが一緒。バスタブがあるような写真もありましたが、金額によって変わるのであれば、バスタブ付きなどの記載などエクスペディア側で記載してほしかった。 また、朝食もあまり良いとは言えないレベルでした。 いままでそこそこ中国のホテルに泊まりましたが、同額のホテルと比べると下位ランクかなと。一泊なら我慢できますが長期で宿泊するのはおススメできないホテルでした。
