Great location, comfort and value.

Great location, from inside the hotel you go through a mall and you’re at Nanjing pedestrian road, and if you exit through the street you’re at People’s Square which has many subway lines connecting to airport and railway stations. We booked a suite and it was really spacious and comfortable, with an amazing bathroom and great views. There was also a tea kettle and nespresso machine and they’d replace pods and tea bags daily. Two downsides: I couldn’t figure out how to turn the minibar on (but I noticed in general throughout the city the cold beverages were seldomly cold) and the wifi was flaky, but none of that really bothered me or my wife. Oh, the rooftop bar is great for a night drink, amazing view. And the staff is also very helpful and polite.

Great location hotel and we got upgrade to large unit which had seperate lounge. Slightly older hotel but size room and facilities great. Location is fantastic for metro and getting around Shanghai. Breakfast had so many choices was great.

Great location close to transport and a nice walk from the Bund. The hotel is a large hotel with lots of great facilities. Room was big and the bed was one of the most comfortable I’ve ever slept in!!

This is the choice of the hotel every time when we go to Shanghai. It is in the great location where you have almost everything with easy access. The room is nice and clean, specially thanks to the cleaning lady for 11th floor, Ms. Xie! The front desk associates are friendly and helpful
