Room was spotless and the staff were very polite and went out of their way to help whenever possible. Breakfast was excellent and had a wide variety of different cuisines. Location is on the Bund and it doesn’t get better than that. Many shopping malls nearby and historic attractions are just a short walk away. Everything was perfect. Especially the staff people 's heartwarming hospitality impressed me. Also the facilities and equipments were superb (such as dyson drier and toilet with washing system)
