The building has been recently renovated with high qualities and furnished with designer furniture, perfectly equipped with everything you need for a dream stay: 32' TV with international channels, comfortable sofa in the living room, fully equipped kitchen with NESPRESSO with welcome kit (coffee, milk and cookies), microwave, kettle, washing machine, ceramic hob and a complete set of utensils. The room has a comfortable bed with a light Nordic duvet. All lingerie is 100% cotton. You have at your disposal several types of pillow that will make you have a great rest. You have a built-in wardrobe to store your clothes and belongings. The bathroom, of great quality and LED lighting, has a large shower with gel dispenser - shampoo, hairdryer and large mirror - cabinet with first aid kit. If you need it, you have iron, ironing board, drying rack and all the cleaning items you may need. The apartment is equipped with a quiet cold-heat air conditioning.
