Host was very accommodating and fast communication. The cottage was perfect for us. The fenced in backyard was one of the best I’ve seen. Thank you for a great visit.
There was a great side road that my dog and I walked several times a day. We were even able to listen to water running down the creek as we walked.

This place was amazing. I was really close to restaurants and grocery stores so it was easy to pop out and get stuff. The house looked almost better than the pictures and the host was very responsive. I would highly recommend!

Had everything and more!

Great cottage with all the amenities of home. Very clean. Location is close to all attractions, yet hidden away on its own little private of wooded property. Would definitely stay here again if the opportunity arose. The host is very prompt with responses and ready to answer any questions ! Would highly recommend!

Comfortable and Well-Equipped Vacation Rental

The vacation rental was comfortable and well-equipped, offering all the amenities needed for a relaxing stay. The location was convenient for exploring nearby attractions, but the road noise was noticeable at times, especially during the evening. If you're a light sleeper, be sure to take advantage of the white noise option. Despite the noise, the rental was clean, spacious, and perfect for a getaway. Overall, it was a pleasant stay, and we would definitely return.

Relaxing retreat

The cottage is perfect for small family or couples. The setting is nice not in the heart of all the congestion. It is nicely decorated. You can easily access the house. There is a back road you can take to go to the Apple Barn avoiding traffic. Justin is very good about responding to questions. We would definitely stay again at this quaint vacation cottage.

Well-appointed and convenient

Firstly, Justin is a super responsive owner. He explained everything- I don’t think we had any questions. Sadly, we didn’t make use of the many amenities, but the owners have thought of everything - convenience, comfort, entertainment. Our pup was very comfy and liked the large fenced yard. We enjoyed late nights on the big front porch (temps were 95, so no fire pit!) Property is super close to Pigeon Forge and not far from Gatlinburg. The only thing I missed was being this close to The Smokies, but no view. We would most definitely stay again!

This cottage was quaint, clean and had a well-stocked kitchen. The fenced yard with a swing and firepit were extras that made our visit even more enjoyable. The beds were comfy. The space worked great for our family...4 adults, a toddler and dog. The location was perfect for visiting Dollywood and Gatlinburg. Easy to get to and convenient to shopping and restaurants.

Close to the mountains without the chaos!

Great space with a excellent fenced yard. We travel with our dogs and this space was perfect for us and them. Close enough to all the things to do yet not in the middle of the chaos so you feel like you're away from the city. Perfect place to spend our Thanksgiving! We didn't need anything but the host was readily available for any questions.

5 Stars!! Secluded and very private! I have been to Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg all my life off and on. This by far is the best place to stay! Seclusion/Serenity for sure! And only 3 minutes to everything on the Parkway in Pigeon Forge! Justin went over board to make sure our stay was accommodated! Thank you sir for helping us enjoy our stay! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

Good location and clean

Convenient location for a place to sleep while you are exploring the area. Beds are nice, host communicates well, coffee provided, and place was very clean. Good fenced backyard makes being close to the road, safer for pups or children.

Pet Friendly

We very much enjoyed our stay. This was the first trip for our 9 month old miniature Goldendoodle...puppy in training. This was the perfect place. A wonderful fenced in backyard that was safe for him. Also it was secluded enough that when we crated him to go out..the barking we knew was going to ensue would not bother anyone. And I know this is a small thing but they had incorporated a hamper with the luggage stand so there was a convenient place for dirty clothes. Nice touch I thought. Inside was beautifully remodeled. The porch out front was nice and the location was easy to find and the driveway was easy to get in and out of. The road is as close as the picture shows which is why the fenced in backyard was so perfect. The only somewhat negative thought I had was the rooms were a bit dark so I would like brighter lighting. Thanks to the host for sharing your cottage!

A WONDERFUL SPOT

Coffee Cottage is a marvelous place to stay. Our pups loved the fenced yard and their people enjoyed sitting out back watching them play. We senior citizens appreciated the privacy of separate bedrooms and bathrooms. Location is woodsy but close enough to all activities with plenty of restaurants and moon shine tasting places nearby. Coffee Cottage was plenty roomy with wonderful ammenities. Give it TRY!

We had a great time at your pet friendly place. Everything worked well. The kitchen was well supplied although we did not cook. We thought everything was clean, It was a pleasure to stay there. Should have booked longer stay, there is too much to see in the area. Thank you.

Great little cottage

Booked last minute for my daughter's volleyball tournament and was very pleased. We weren't there much but enjoyed our time when we were. Took advantage of the swing & firepit several nights. The bathrooms were nice & my sister & I both enjoyed the mattresses and slept very well. It was very convenient to Sevierville & Pigeon Forge. The owner was very communicative before & during our stay and the extra touches of snacks & slippers were very much appreciated. Would definitely stay here again!

Charming Cottage, Perfect Location, and Pet Friendly!

The cottage was somewhat rustic, very clean, and had all the amenities needed for our stay. The location was perfect, with 'The Island' and other fun places and lots of food nearby. It was only 30 minutes from Gatlinburg and closer to Dollywood. The dog enjoyed the fantastic, cool, big, fenced backyard, and the supplied dog bowls were a bonus. We felt safe staying there and were comfortable leaving our dog outside, even in the evening. We would stay there again.

Perfect Family Vacay in Charming Cabin

Our family of 4 (plus our pup) stayed here for a long weekend and it was just perfect. Very secluded and private yet very close to town and local attractions. Everything from checkin to checkout was a breeze and our host was super responsive and helpful. The cabin felt very roomy and very comfortable. Loved the backyard and side yard with creek alongside the cabin, it was very peaceful and great for our pup and kids to explore. Having a fenced backyard was definitely a bonus. Make sure you read the house binder, a lot of helpful info inside. Would definitely recommend and would love to stay again!

The little cottage was just what me and my family were looking for! It is convenient to all the attractions but quiet and cozy when wanting to stay in. The fenced in back yard was a perfect place for my pups to roam around and not having to worry about leashing them to go out was just amazing! The house was spotless and had everything we needed. The owner made sure we settled in nicely and was quick to respond to messages. I will be booking again in the near future!

Adorable cottage

The cottage was adorable and very clean. It was just as pictured on the listing. It’s has all the amenities needed for a weeklong stay. The location is very convenient to the Parkway to get to Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. The dog enjoyed the fenced yard. We very much appreciated that this cottage was dog friendly and even provided dog bowls. There’s also a nice park/ greenway/ arboretum nearby to walk the dog.

Great place to stay!

Property is exactly as described. Clean, quiet and comfortable beds. Great location and everything we did was within a 30 minute drive including Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. Plenty of food choices within 10 minutes including The Diner which was a great breakfast place. Fenced in yard area for your dog was absolutely great not having to leash up going out. House has everything you need without having to bring anything from home. Justin was great to deal with. Very quick responses on questions and information needed. Will definitely stay here again.

Perfect Cottage in a Perfect Location!

Justin was an excellent host! He communicated with us regularly throughout the process and made sure we got settled in to the cottage. It is a wonderful location with literally just minutes from anywhere in Sevierville and Pigeon Forge. It was a very quiet and restful 5 days during our Christmas visit. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need to prepare meals, an ice maker in thr refrigerator was a plus. Both beds were comfortable, and there were plenty of towels and complimentary toiletries. The full size washer and drawer was a definite plus! And being able to bring our small dog along with us was an extra added bonus! We loved the Coffee Cottage and hope to visit again soon!!
