Main Level:
The entry level features the living room, kitchen, dining, laundry, 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, amazing views through the oversized windows and access to the deck.
The living room offers high-end furniture, a gorgeous stacked-stone electric fireplace, large HDTV and access to the deck.
The modern gourmet kitchen is fully equipped and features stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops and seating for 4 at the counter. The dining table offers seating for 6. A laundry closet with washer/dryer is located on this level for your convenience.
There are 2 bedrooms on this level, each with a king bed, large HDTV, private full bath with walk-in shower and access to the deck.
Step out onto the spacious deck, relax in the comfortable patio furniture around the gas fire pit, or enjoy a meal at the large patio table while taking in the mountain views.
A charcoal grill is located just off the front porch.

Lower Level:
The lower level features an indoor pool, game room, movie/theater room, 1 bedroom, bunk-room, full bath, guest bathroom and access to the deck with hot tub.
As you come down the stairs, you are greeting by the pool room with heated indoor pool and walls of windows in every direction.
The movie/theater room offers comfortable couches, large HDTV and surround sound.
The game room features air hockey, foosball, arcade game, a bunk area with twin bunks, a large HDTV and access to the covered deck.
Step out onto the deck and relax in the soothing hot tub. The guest bathroom is located next to the staircase.
The bedroom on this level offers a king bed, large HDTV, a private full bathroom with tub/shower and access to the deck.
The covered deck offers seating where you can relax enjoy the beautiful views.
