Summer vacation

Where do I begin. The bathroom shower on the bottom level did not work so 3 families had to use 2 showers, saw a review about this from May but assumed it would be fixed by July…the toilet seat was also broken. The cabin was dirty and the sheets appeared to have not been changed. The coffee pot did not work. The dishwasher did not work and was full of dirty dishes. The keurig also had an old pod left in it. The floor underneath the stairs where the pool sticks are was very soft and felt as though you might fall through if walking over there. This was all unfortunate because it has the possibility of being a very nice cabin if maintained.

Mother’s Day get away

The overall appearance of the cabin was a nice layout, it worked well for us. However upon arrival we noticed that the bottom floor shower had no handle on it, making it unusable, the main floor bathroom had the toilet seat sitting next to the toilet, we put it on so it could be used, and there were beer bottles behind the hot tub. So in my opinion someone had not paid enough attention to the shower, toilet or the hot tub when cleaning them or the management should have taken care of this already. We would stay here again.
