I believe the outdoor area could have been a little more taken care of. Maybe install a couple areas with sod, instead of dead shrubs.

My youth group stayed here for a conference that we were attending in Pigeon Forge in January 2026. The kids had a blast in the pool, game room, and theater watching movies. The house had big common areas to allow for group meetings and meals to be easy. The only reason I am leaving 4 stars instead of 5 is due to a few issues that we were unable to get corrected. I called after the first night because there were pull out couches available but no extra sheets or pillow cases to put on the mattress etc. There were also no extra blankets to be used for these details either. The rental company did bring out sheets and pillow cases but no extra blankets. The hot tub was also unable to be used as it was “locked”. I asked the rental company to fix this issue when they dropped off the sheets and he said they would. I never received a call or message and assumed it was fixed but unfortunately it was not, the kids were bummed about this. Beautiful home, lots of room, and great location.

Great Place!!

This is a great place to stay in a very nice neighborhood. It’s only about 15 minutes from Pigeon Forge. The house was super clean and my family of 8 stayed very comfortably. The kids especially liked the pool.
