Great stay
The pictures and descriptions on the website were true! The place was gorgeous! So clean! The beds were comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed! The hot tub was awesome, just what I needed after a long day. The host sent me check in/check out instructions that were clear and easy to follow. Looking forward to staying here again!!

Great house but managing company falls short
The house was beautiful and just what we needed for our large family reunion. When we arrived the cleaners were still there and were there for an hour after check in time which was inconvenient. Before they left a woman walked into our house, did not introduce herself at all and handed us some coupons. When I asked her who she was she got a little offended and said she was from management
company. She stayed in house wandering around for quite some time, not sure why but was not thrilled to have her there interfering with our stay.
The next morning I called company for more towels and was on hold for 30 minutes. We only had 1 towel per person, we wanted more so everyone could have a shower towel and a hot tub towel. Company said they would be there in 2-4 hours. They came at 8:00pm the night before we left.
The house was very clean except for floor. It was vacuumed but not mopped. Between hardwood and carpets everyone’s feet and socks were totally black
Also when it came time to pay balance for trip it was very unclear how to do this. Vrbo said to call company directly to pay. I thought that was unusual. I thought with Vrbo all payment should be made thru Vrbo. When that’s not the case Vrbo needs to make that clearer on website
