The house smelled of dogs. The stairs were dirty and looked like it hadn’t been vacuumed in a very long time. The hot water didn’t last long at all and both bed sets squeaked everything you moved.

Incredibly disappointing. Overall cleanliness was not great and the property is very old and needs some serious updating. Dirty carpets and sideboards that hadn’t been cleaned in a long time. The pictures make it look incredibly bright and airy - the backyard looks nothing like it does in the pictures. There is literally no room out there, the hot tub takes up most of the space. A rusty table held a vase of dead flowers and there was a rusty paint can out there. The hot tub water was also very cloudy. The house itself had space, but there was barely any furniture. The living room has plenty of space for other chairs, and upstairs in the bunk bed room there is an arcade which is fairly pointless given there’s no useable furniture in that room like a dresser or somewhere else for your clothes. The bunk beds are a great size but impossible to sleep on because they creak and squeak with every move.The only two positives were the location (neighborhood is not very friendly/welcoming) and communication with the managers. The managers were incredibly responsive and helpful so we appreciated that. But that is the only nice thing I could say. Would not stay again.

MOST DEFINITELY NOT AS DESCRIBED! Informed renter, who turned out NOT to be the owner of property. No offers were made to fix issues: running toilets; handles that were almost ready to break; only 2 forks/2 knives/3 drinking glasses in "supposed" fully stocked kitchen; ice maker frozen over (had to use one of the glasses to get ice); filthy baking pans and outside grill grate; and, worst of all, flooring that was coming up causing tripping hazards! THIS CONDO SHOULD NOT BE ON RENTAL AVAILABILITY! Sent lengthy messages to contact, with pictures. Apologized but offered no fixes. After only 24 hours of our scheduled 10-day stay, WE LEFT! The contact is now saying NO REFUND. We are fighting this!

We had a great stay! It was a perfect area, very clean and peaceful neighborhood. The hot tub was a nice feature, to bad it was to hot to enjoy for my liking. Lol...i would definitely revisit this retreat!

Long weekend in Gatlinburg

Bought my family to Gatlinburg for a long weekend and this place clean, close to everything, comfortable, quiet, and the hot tub was amazing! I'd definitely stay here again!!

Great Escape Place

The property is a located off some winding roads, but it was close to all attractions. Our family agrees we want to stay closer to Gatlinburg next time. The place was spacious. I liked the hot tub and the washer and dryer in the unit. I was afraid we would hear the neighbors but never did. My husband missed having a desk to do work at, but he used the dinning table.

Not Expected

All floors were sticky that we had to wear socks or shoes at all times. Carpet upstairs was dirty looking. Paint was chipping off a couple of areas. There were no blinds in master like there was in others. There was at least curtains. All toilets were chipping on seats where it looked like they were dirty. Master bed was not what the pictures looked like in the photos. It was almost like a cot bed. Bathroom sink has a large burn mark. Some areas of flooring were bubble as you could tell there has been water damage. And there were some ants.

Quiet Beautiful Area

Quiet and beautiful area. Clean house with plenty of bathrooms. The beds were comfortable. It was a very short drive to Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. In the backyard there was a nice small hot tub that you could relax them.

Great stay

Great stay away from the traffic of Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg but still quick and easy to get to those places. Would highly recommend for those that are attending football games at UTK in the fall.

Overall Good Location for Price

The pros: reasonable price, hot tub was nice, and pretty good location for pigeon forge or Gatlinburg visits. The cons: has some major foundation issues in middle of the house causing a pretty big dip in the flooring, no super comfortable places to sit in the house (couch was not great), and a pet peave of mine: I'm 6'3" and couldn't see my face in a single mirror in the place.

Good location near most of the attractions once you get used to the back roads to get you around

Host were easy to deal with, check in and check out process was easy. Place was clean and all of the basics are provided. Do wish there was some type of grills available on the properties.

Wonderful!

My husband and I enjoyed our stay and definitely will be back. The location is convenient to everything. It was easy to find. The owners were helpful and responsive. The space in the home is much bigger than I expected. The neighborhood is quiet. The hot tub was awesome. It was the best way to spend my birthday!
