Guest Access:

Guests have full access to the entire cabin and all of its amenities during their stay. This includes all indoor and outdoor spaces, the kitchen, living areas, bedrooms, laundry area, decks, and everything provided for a comfortable and relaxing visit. The home is yours to enjoy!



The Neighborhood:

Valley Dreams is tucked away in the wooded hills of Sevier County, offering peace and privacy while still keeping you close to everything the Smokies are known for. The cabin is just 15 minutes from downtown Pigeon Forge, where you’ll find Dollywood, The Island, dinner shows, mini golf, and endless shops and restaurants. Gatlinburg is about 45 minutes away, perfect for exploring Anakeesta, Ripley’s Aquarium, or strolling the Parkway.



Nature lovers will love being only 15 minutes from the Great Smoky Mountains National Park, where hiking trails, scenic drives, and waterfalls are waiting to be discovered. Cades Cove, Clingmans Dome, and Laurel Falls are all easy day trips.



Whether you’re here for adventure or relaxation, the neighborhood offers the best of both worlds — quiet wooded surroundings at the cabin with quick access to attractions, dining, and outdoor fun.







As with many cabins in the Smoky Mountains, you may occasionally see ladybugs or other small insects during colder months. This is a normal seasonal occurrence as they seek warmth. The home is regularly maintained and professionally serviced, but in a wooded mountain setting, small insects can still appear from time to time.



Getting Around:

The easiest way to get around during your stay at Valley Dreams is by car. The cabin has free paved parking right beside the home for your convenience.



Pigeon Forge is about a 15-minute drive, Gatlinburg is about 45 minutes, and the entrance to the Great Smoky Mountains National Park is just 15 minutes away. Most guests use their car to explore nearby attractions, shops, restaurants, and hiking trails.



Please note that like many cabins in the area, Valley Dreams sits on a mountain road. The first part of the drive is a little steep and may feel challenging for smaller cars, but it is accessible.

If the house is available, we may be able to accommodate early check-in. We will be able to confirm the night before your arrival.

✹ ESSENTIALS ✹

- Fresh bath towels and linens are provided for your convenience.

- To ensure you have a comfortable start to your stay, we are happy to provide you with starter kits that include essential items like toilet paper, paper towels, shampoo, and soap. These starter kits are designed for the initial part of your visit. In the unlikely event that any of these items run out during your stay, we kindly recommend purchasing your preferred supplies at your convenience.

- There is a washer & dryer available in the unit to use if needed. Detergent & dryer sheets are not provided.



✹ Access is easy-breezy. Self-check-in is available via the keypad on the front door - you will have your own unique access code, good for the duration of your stay.



Start your vacation from the moment you arrive – no need to pick up keys or make your own bed.



For NON-AIRBNB reservations only, any applicable refunds will incur a 6% processing fee.



Starting November 1, all guests with confirmed bookings will be required to submit a valid ID and sign the Rental Agreement. We use secure property management software to collect this information, and it is used strictly to verify your booking.





There is a Ring doorbell camera installed at the front entrance. It is currently turned off and does not record or monitor activity, as it is not connected to the Ring app or an active subscription. There is no camera angled towards the cabin or facing the cabin that can capture any activities inside.
