Great location

Vacation was great. Very conveniently located. Had no issues at all with cell service as previous guests reported. Some things need updated or fixed like the fridge drawer, dryer, burned out light bulbs. And the hard wood floors definitely had not been mopped in quite a while. But it was a pleasant stay and we had a lot of fun. The game room was a hit.

Love The Smokies

We always love the trip down. This was our first time at this house. Plenty of parking. Overall, we enjoyed the stay. The beds were comfy. We enjoyed the game area and the deck. Our only complaint is that the larger two couches needs to be replaced. It feels like the middle of the couch has broken springs, and it sits really low and uncomfortable to sit or lay on to watch TV. The fridge froze our drinks and food unless the items were in the door, and the icemaker/water dispenser did not work. We had to buy ice and water to drink. The water out of the tap was not bad. We like to drink filtered water. We enjoyed the hot tub after fun-filled days. The lid needs to be replaced. Lastly, there really should be directions on how to unlock and lock the door with the code. We would stay again even knowing these things.

Overall Disappointing

To start the stay we entered the home and it was 78 degrees inside. Having 2 infants with us, that was unacceptable. We requested help with the ac and someone came out the next day. However the house never got below 75 degrees. And the upstairs area was sweltering so we were unable to really use the amenities upstairs. The beds were just metal frames with a mattress slapped on top and uncomfortable. The pullout couch was extremely worn out and uncomfortable. There was no map of the neighborhood so we had to drive in circles till we found the pool and putt putt area. We contacted management about this as well and they were unable to assist with directions. We contacted managment about the ac AGAIN and never heard back. We had to go buy fans to place all over the house so the children could at least be comfortable. We were left 2 extremely thin trash bags for a 3 night stay at a place that doesn’t recycle. There was no cleaning supplies except for a small broom. No coffee for the coffee pot, not even so much as salt and pepper provided. The porch wasn’t even enjoyable for the view because trees were completely grown up right in front of the railing. No ice in the ice maker. Water dispenser didn’t work. The internet was so slow we had to use our hot spots. And for some odd reason there was a Christmas tree with decorations taking up space in the living room. Our visit was at the end of June 2024. Again, overall very disappointing.

The cabin was well stocked and clean. It could use some deep cleaning and touch ups here and there, but still very nice.

Great property and location

Easy to get to the cabin and everything around the Pigeon Forge area. Wish the Wi-Fi was a bit better but given the location totally understandable. Loved having all the games in the cabin for the kids.

Good family vacation stay

The views are beautiful, the resort was peaceful and quiet and the cabin rooms are very spacious and comfy. It’s a steep, curvy drive for sure. Bring extra toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags and some dish cloths, hand towels and extra bath towels as the staff is not able to get up there a lot to bring things if you need more. Expect traffic backups and congestion if going into town at all. We made meals in the cabin so it wasn’t a big deal but if you want to dine out, it’s a busy place with SO much to do and see. Lots and lots of kids/adult attractions and rides, hiking spots and distilleries or brewpubs. March was rainy a few times but we had 2 really sunny warm days too. All in all the cabin was a wonderful place to go relax after a day of activities.
