Nice friendly staff, older hotel with upgrades needed. Cracked tile by elevator 2nd floor felt unsafe to walk over. Dirty elevator in need of mopping. Room upgrades needed mattress was terrible, rolled to the center, bath tub needs new fixtures, slow sink drain. Breakfast sausage undercooked, no fruit available. Not sure we would choose this hotel again.

Room was clean; not impressed with “high” beds! Made it difficult for “old” women to get into! Light bulb out in bathroom, another covered in paint; made for poor lighting! The exhaust fan sounded like it was going to blow up! A few rusty spots in bathroom. But the staff are wonderful; so friendly & caring! Will definitely come back!!!

Only complaints I had was the bed was not very comfortable and the walls were thin. I could hear adjoining guests too easy. But for the price I was very satisfied. Room was clean and just big enough.

The bed slept really good, the room was clean, and the staff was friendly. The breakfast wasn’t as good as other hotel that have continental breakfast, no oatmeal or grits, no fruit, no bagels, no muffins. They had eggs, sausage links, bread, waffles, and cereal.

There was seldom anyone at the desk including when I wanted to check out. The halls were dirty; they needed vacuuming. The entire property was "run down." We'll never stay there. I'm shocked that the Best Western chain allows their name to be associated with this sorry excuse for a hotel.

Great hotel for our trip to Gatlinburg/Pigeon Forge. The breakfast was pretty decent compared to other hotels. My fiancé enjoyed the 24hr hot coffee. We had a great time. Would stay here again.
