ample seating for relaxation, while two armchairs offer additional comfort and

conversation areas. The perfect spot to unwind after a day of exploring the

Smoky Mountains, with the large windows allowing for plenty of natural

lighting, is the living room, which is designed to make you feel right at

home.



Kitchen/ Dining Room:

Prepare delicious meals and enjoy quality time with loved ones in the fully

equipped kitchen. This spacious area is designed for culinary comfort, with

modern appliances and ample counter space to accommodate all your cooking

needs. The perfect spot to whip up a family dinner or holiday feast, the

kitchen features stainless steel appliances, including a stove, refrigerator,

microwave, and dishwasher, with granite countertops and bar seating for two.

There is also a pantry and mini drink fridge. If it's a huge meal you need to

prepare, no worries; there is a second kitchen downstairs with a stove,

refrigerator, microwave, and plenty of counter space. But it's not just about

cooking - it's also about sharing meals together! The adjacent dining room

table comfortably seats eight, making it the perfect spot for family

gatherings, game nights, or romantic dinners. Dish towels, starter dish soap,

and starter dishwasher pods are provided.



Game Room:

Unleash your inner child and have a blast in the game room! This fun and

lively space is the perfect spot to kick back and relax with friends and

family. This room has a large, flat-screen TV for movie nights or sports games

and a classic pool table for some friendly competition. But that's not all -

you'll also find an arcade game console loaded with classic favorites like

Pac-Man and Donkey Kong or challenge each other to foosball. And when you need

a break from the action, cozy up on the loveseat, sprawling three-person

couch, or two chairs and catch your breath. The lower level also has a fully

equipped kitchen with a stove, refrigerator, microwave, and plenty of counter

outdoor furniture, including plush lounge chairs, tables, and even a loveseat,

providing ample space to relax and breathe in fresh mountain air. But that's

not all - the hot tub is the perfect way to unwind after a long day of

exploring, with jets of warm water massaging away any stress or tension. And

as the stars begin to twinkle in the night sky, snuggle up by the fire pit or

gaze up at the stars from the comfort of your outdoor seating area - the

perfect way to cap off a magical day in the mountains.



Locations/ Roads / Parking:

This cabin is accessed by curvy mountain roads that any car can drive. It has

paved parking for 5 cars. Just 5 minutes to the Smoky Mountains, 15 minutes to

Pigeon Forge, and 25 minutes to Gatlinburg. You will find a Dollar General or

Kroger nearby. With such a great location, you're just a short drive from

everything downtown Pigeon Forge has to offer.

adventure when you ride coasters at Dollywood, win a game of putt-putt golf,

race go-karts, splash at waterparks, mine for gems, visit museums, and oh-so-

much more! For outdoor fun, you can explore the Great Smoky Mountains National

Park, where you can hike to waterfalls, horseback ride through valleys, picnic

by a river, and fly fish! Once the thrills and adventure are over, visit the

Tanger Outlets and local boutiques, where you can shop until you drop. Enjoy

local cuisine, from southern family-style restaurants to chef-cooked meals at

dinner time. After dinner, you can find a sweet shop on every corner to

satisfy that sweet tooth before returning to the property.



Special Dates:

Out of respect for the holidays and our employees, we do NOT allow ANY check-

ins or check-outs on Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New

Year's Eve, or New Year's Day.



Check-In:

4pm - There is NO check-in office; you go straight to the cabin. Once all your

payments have been made, we will send you an email with the door code & we

will resend it a week before your stay.
