Welcome to Bear Elegance, a charming 520 sqft cabin designed for a cozy and relaxing Smoky Mountain escape. This 1-bedroom, 1-bath retreat is perfect for couples or solo travelers looking for comfort and quiet. Inside, you'll find a soothing jacuzzi tub for unwinding after a day of exploring, while outside, a private hot tub on the screened porch offers peaceful moments surrounded by nature. There is parking for 2 vehicles. Compact yet thoughtfully appointed, Bear Elegance combines simplicity and comfort for the perfect mountain getaway.

Main Level:
The main level of this cabin features open concept living with the Kitchen, Living Room, Bedroom, Bathroom and Laundry Closet all conveniently in one place. The charcoal grill is located on the front porch.
The Kitchen offers all appliances at arms reach with a dining table for 2.
The Living Room features the laundry closet, a couch, wood burning fireplace as well as
the Jacuzzi tub, a King bed, HDTV and deck access. The full bathroom features a shower/tub
combo and is conveniently located near the bed.

The screened in deck offers the hot tub as well as two rocking chairs and private wooded
views.

Could be cute...but needs major TLC and Updating

The cabin has potential but needs a lot of work. The exterior of the cabin had grass and weeds grown up around it and needs to be maintained. The inside is very dated with the wallpaper peeling in many spots and just felt very dated. Weeds and Vines are growing over the windows in the main room and the sunroom making it feel dingy. The timer for the inside jacuzzi tub was turned on by accident (timer not labeled) and old water and a fowl rotten egg odor came out of the tub. It took over an hour to get the cabin aired out. We had to fill the tub all the way and run the jets to clean them out just to get the stench out. When it filled up the water was very cloudy, I would not suggest using it. I hate leaving bad reviews but unfortunately this one just had too many issues.
