Owned by one of the area's original families. She replaced a much-loved 100 + year old shack and is now a large modern home perfect for a beachside holiday. Located in a prime position on Elliot Street, Llewella commands spectacular water views from her covered decks, living areas, and some of the bedrooms. Whatever the time of day, you will enjoy drinking in the simply amazing views.
This extremely spacious house is perfect for large groups, offering generously proportioned bedrooms, multiple living areas, and an enclosed yard; pets strictly prohibited. It is only a 50m stroll to the 1770 waterfront, where you can enjoy a swim in the calm waters of the inlet, or perhaps some kayaking or stand-up paddleboarding is more your style. When you feel you need refreshment, the unique Tree Bar and Restaurant is only a few doors away. A perfect place for boaties who want a bit of luxury, as the 1770 Marina and boat ramp is only a few hundred metres away, and the house has ample area for parking a boat, with a good wash-down facility.

Best family holiday
House was perfect for a group 4 adult children and parents. Location is exceptional, views are amazing. Only suggestion would be for the house to have wifi and some day beds, furniture on deck needs upgrading. Bigger family style lounge in main upstairs family room is also needed. But these are just practical suggestions to improve what was a beautiful holiday. Thank you

Great Spot!
We stayed at the "Llewella" house for 5 nights with three other couples. Lovely house that was very well presented with fantastic facilities and a veranda with sweeping views. Very handy location being just up from the water/beach, walking paths and pub. Plenty of level parking space as we had four cars. Highly recommended!
