Rough start, but strong finish
The arrival and check-in process was smooth, except that our unit's (#5) living room air conditioning was found to be not working and the bedroom unit was turned off. We were asked to sit for awhile to see if the A/C cooling would improve, but it didn't in the living area. Luckily, they were able to provide another unit (#3) after doing final housekeeping chores. Once we made the move, everything about the unit was excellent and we appreciated their efforts to make this happen. Very comfortable and clean and they even provided fresh towels at the midpoint of our stay. However, it would have been helpful to have a guide or instructions to make sense of the A/C remote controls buttons. We were able to make adjustments after a trial and error process, which was somewhat frustrating. The location was centrally located to everything and the neighborhood was quiet, except for the local roosters welcoming the sunrises. Found them more entertaining than annoying.
I loved the place. Felt very private. Pool was never too busy. It was cleanly and spacious. Toilet was a bit noisy and the bed springs were very loud while making any movement . The staff is super friendly and accommodating.

Great CLEAN place!
What a great cozy place! I have been many places and stayed at many 5-star resorts...Sandals, The Greenbrier, and more. NONE of them were as clean as this place. Not even so much as a cob web in the corner of a screen on the lanai! And when we arrived a nice lady let us in and showed us around and everything. A great host and highly recommend! Also a nice location not far from lots of shopping and restaurants. Nice quiet location on a canal with a pool.
