Beautiful Art Deco villa, fully remodeled in 2023. This charming house has a spectacular view of the Mediterranean sea and a private swimming pool. Located 5 minutes walk from the beautiful little beach of Crique de l'Anau and a few minutes from the town and the famous Halles de Sete.
Lush landscaping, privacy and quiet neighborhood will bring you under the charm of this villa. Tastefully furnished with unique objects, pictures and paintings. The house has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms with central AC for your confort. A laundry room, an outdoor BBQ and 2 decks/terraces. A small garage is also located on the property.
