The first-floor apartment has been comfortably fitted with everything guests need. The open-plan living room includes a sofa bed, a Smart TV, a wooden dining table and chairs, and a well-equipped kitchenette. Kitchen appliances like a large cooker hob, oven, microwave, and fridge/freezer are available to ensure a carefree self-catering stay.

There is cross-country skiing, heli-skiing, ice skating, motor sledging, dog sledging and snowshoeing. There is even an outdoor heated swimming pool which is open in the winter and summer seasons. Restaurants and bars are less than a 10-minute walk away. For self-catering, Sestriere has supermarkets and smaller shops selling local specialities.
Summer visitors can go hiking through the forests and alpine meadows and enjoy grass skiing. There are numerous tracks for mountain biking at all levels, as well as tennis, golf and swimming.
