The house is set back on the lot because there was a Blacksmith shop to the front of the lot in the early days and the owners built the family home to the rear of the lot. We completely remodeled the house a few years ago with new windows, floors, heat and air conditioning new kitchen in 2021 among other things. This house features a queen bedroom on the main floor as well as bathroom and family room. Upstairs are two bedrooms with queen beds as well, to be noted the steps to the upstairs bedrooms are 1950's era and pretty steep so if you have mobility issues I would not recommend this house, it's good for the younger ones for sure! The basement features another family room as well as laundry and a 1/2 bath at this time. Extra large driveway and yard are also featured with this home. The house is walking distance to our local museum, post office, bar and grill among other small businesses. There is no garage with this house currently. Ring brand doorbell in use.

The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 1.5 bathrooms, and a patio, and there's space to spread out with 3 bedrooms. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a coffee maker, and a dining table.
