The theme of the hotel is airplanes so all decor and design is based on that. These rooms do not have windows that allow you to see the outdoors. Food at the on site Cafe is decent. Nice hotel for short stays.
Our flight was delayed by at least one hour. When I arrived at the shuttle pickup area, the shuttle was nowhere to be found and I waited for 20+ minutes. I ended up taking a taxi all the way to the hotel, and upon checking they didn't even apologize for failing to pick us up. Horrible communication. Bad location too.
We were in KL only 2 nights and arrived very late and had early flight out so wanted to stay near to the airport
It's quite far away from most shopping and other activities. Good for an overnight stay with previously arranged shuttle. Otherwise quite inconvenient in getting around. Reasonably acceptable local breakfast buffet.
Room has no windows and very small. You cannot roam 2 steps in the room. Not very close the airport, it is 200 Ringgit away by taxi.
