Fabulous pool. Nice but small workout room. Very comfortable room. Helpful staff. But they need to improve their food offerings in the lounge especially because the roads are too dangerous to walk offsite for food. I had dinner in the lounge one night and it was so meh that I bought some snacks and noodles while in the city and ate them for two more suppers. The menu looks good and the ingredients are good but the preparation is not so great. Cold French fries for example. But really a lovely hotel and I would be happy to stay again. The bus to airport (and express train) works although it can be hard to catch on the way back.

We just wanted somewhere to sleep on the way to Hong Kong from Delhi. This was so much more than this! Free shuttle from the airport, HUGE room, the pool was so refreshing. Staff really accommodating and gave us late check out. We included breakfast in our stay too. This hotel was such value for money. We are just heading back on the free return airport shuttle after a fresh juice and iced coffee at the cafe.

This hotel is close to the airport if you are just staying the night in KL, has a nice large swimming pool and they even stored our bags at no cost for 3-4 days while we traveled to Sabah region of Borneo. Decent breakfast, although buffet style dinner and set charge for meal.

Brilliant Hotel in every way. Rooms, Dining and Pool Areas all immaculate. Staff extremely courteous and helpful. Shuttle Bus to and from the Airport 1st Class also. Very reasonably priced as well. If I could give it 6 Stars, then I would. Thank you very much for everything.

They provide shuttle service between 5 to 11 to the airport. It is a motel/ inn style hotel and by US standards is probably three star. Staff is very nice and accommodative. I.

I was at this hotel last month and it was great. This time it was a waste. We got one key instead of two like last time. So every time I had to go out for a smoke in the evening, it meant that my daughter had to stay in the dark because the key control the lights system in the room. I guess last time I booked directly to them, the service was much better but when you book with a third party the experience becomes less pleasant.

The pool is large and enough space to move around. The gym was a bit small so choose your time wisely. The spa and staff were friendly and extremely helpful and caring. There is an airport shuttle but it runs every two hours in the evening. It’s near an outlet and raceway which was our main destinations during this trip.
