In the Perche Regional Natural Park, halfway between Senonches and La Ferté Vidame, this house on the edge of the forest is ideal for those looking for a vacation spot to enjoy with family or friends, to "bubble" or relax. indulge in the leisure sports offered by nature and why not combine the two according to your desires!

Covering an area of 146 m², it has been completely renovated to offer you the best:
- a decoration in the spirit of "country chic",
- a layout to meet everyone's wishes, whether a bedroom on the ground floor for a couple concerned about their privacy, with their own private bathroom or a bedroom to share (3 upstairs) to live in unforgettable evenings for 10 people!
On site, everything is done to entertain you: the bowling green, the Tyrolean, games for children, garden furniture and the barbecue and fireplace.

The exteriors of the site are under video surveillance The accommodation comprises on the ground floor: large living room with fireplace opening onto an equipped kitchen (dishwasher, fridge/freezer), 1 bedroom with 1 double bed and shower room, Separate WC, laundry room (washing machine and dryer). Upstairs, 1 bedroom with 1 160 cm bed and 2 bedrooms each with 1 160 cm bed and 1 90x200 bed, bathroom with bath, shower and WC.
The cottage provides you with a baby cot and a high chair.
The price includes the rental of sheets and the cleaning fee. The price includes the wood provided for the fireplace in winter and the barbecue in summer. Gas heating is included in the price from October 1 to April 30.

Maison agréable et spacieuse

Maison au cœur de la forêt malgré la présence d'une route à fort passage qui peut être bruyante. La maison est bien située pour se promener dans les forêts et dans les communes du Perche. La maison est très confortable et relativement bien équipée même si il manque quelques petites choses (carafe d'eau, verres à eau en nombre, dessous de plats, etc...) Dans la description il est fait mention de jeux pour enfants mais ni la tyrolienne ni la balançoire sont en état de marche. La terrasse est très abimée. Le frigo pour le nombre d'occupants n'est pas à la bonne taille et des tablettes sont manquantes. Des petites choses sont à revoir même si globalement les travaux de rénovation ont bien été fait. Le système de chauffage est très bon, tout comme la literie. Concernant la téléphonie, ça ne passe pas et le Wifi est très faible. Dommage, certains avaient prévu du télétravail mais impossible d'avoir une connexion stable, ils ont du écourter leur séjour. Il serait bon de le préciser dans l'annonce.
