was fantastic until we encountered the harrassment everytime we went to go somewhere demanding to know where we were going . and then there is also the fact housecleaning stoll my wifes antidepressant meds from the room where they were all week till the 2nd last day and of course lied about it when confronted and the reception lady seemed to know what room of the villa they were in although we never mentioned that part. my wofe was sick the whole day without them comming home

I absolutely love everything about this property The Villa was pristine, clean and exactly is advertised ,the private pool was amazing, the bed was comfortable, the shower water got super hot and it was in a great area walkable to shops,dining and the currency exchange which definitely came in handy but the most amazing thing about the place was the wonderful wonderful staff who made my birthday very special even surprise me with a song and cake if you do not stay here you are doing yourself a disservice thank you to the wonderful staff at kasih villas

Beautiful 3 BR villa and attentive staff

We had a lovely stay at the Kasih 3BR Villa. Two families with lots of space for the 9 of us. Really nice pool and excellent airconditioning in the bedrooms. Staff we excellent, very attentive while maintaining privacy. All the staff room the housekeeping, garden maintenance, security and the very gorgeous front office staff were excellent and made our stay wonderful. Can't wait to go again.

Amazing experience at The Kasih Villas. The staff was extremely kind and the most helpful. The rooms were spectacular. From the private pool to the extremely comfortable bed to the rain shower to the living room and kitchen being outdoors. Everything was amazing. In room massages are available. Very good quality breakfast served daily and included. Such a great experience. We would definitely go back!

Good size villa but cleanliness and maintenance n

The villa compound is infested with mosquitos. The sofa and dinning chairs are dusty and stains. Air-conditioning is not maintain thus it was nosy and can not cool down the room despite the temperature was set at 18 degree Celsius after an hour. The swimming pool was dirty except the bathroom is clean.

Kasih Villas - A Dream Come True Place to Stay!

It was my first time to Bali. Wanted to spend some leisure time and the days I spent at Kasih Villas were extraordinary! The best service I have ever received! It started all the way from the airport, where one of their staff, Mr Kerdih waited patiently for our arrival and picked us up with a smiling face. Upon reaching the hotel, we were greeted with some refreshing drinks and a great welcome by all front desk staff. As check in was not till 2pm, they even suggested some good places to go and dine while our room was getting ready. Mr Kerdih helped to drop us at a very good restaurant and provided us with their map in case we got lost. When we returned back, Ms Rita led us to our 1-bedroom villa. It was a dreamy place! Ms Rita was a superb cheerful person and guided us perfectly on the villa we were going to stay. The breakfast was personally served to us to our villa. Do try their local Indonesian breakfast dishes. Very nice, spicy and tasty! Spent some good time in the pool as well. Its 1.5 mtres and it would have been great if the pool had a step or a railing for safety purpose. Tons of movies and TV channels to watch! WiFi service was also great. Tried their in house massage service. Really really good as well. No loud noises from surrounding villas. Room service was great too! Every facility was provided. They provided us with mosquito coils which were really useful at night! All the staff do go the extra mile to please all guests. Good job Kasih Villas!

Peace & tranquility

My wife and I spent 4 wonderful nights here. The villas are completely private and done out to a very high standard in terms of decor and furnishings etc. The beds are massive and extremely comfortable. All rooms had air-con which is a must in Bali. The stay included breakfast and you have a choice of either an American, Continental or Indonesian. I tried all three and they were superb and plentiful. We also had a BBQ where you have your own chef and waiter to cook and serve the food which was fantastic. Overall the food was excellent and of a very high standard which is cooked by their in-house chef, then delivered & layed out in your villa (there is no restaurant). The only time you need to raise your finger (apart from eating the food of course) is that when you're done, you just call reception and they'll take the plates etc all away. The grounds are immaculate and well kept and all the staff we encountered were friendly and attentive. We also had a couple of massages at the spa which was great value. I had a 90min Balinese massage for IDR290K (appox £18) and was so relaxing I fell asleep several times! I cannot recommend the Kasih Villas enough. The stay was enjoyable and we came away totally relaxed. We would definitely return as they have big plans to improve the reception area and create a restaurant too which will make this an even more desirable place to stay. A wonderful and safe place to stay and highly recommended!

We stayed as a couple. It was very romantic. The staff were lovely. We had breakfast delivered to our room daily at a time chosen by us. The food was quite good but mostly very convenient. We hardly left our villa except to go out for dinner as it was so lovely and relaxing just sitting by the pool. The villas are about a 5-10 minute drive from Seminyak restaurants and shops. There is 24hr security at the villas so it felt very safe. All spa treatments come to your room (we did the 2hr chocolate massage, scrub, mask and bath which was a lot of fun). Also you can have a private dinner cooked for you in your villa or do a Balinese cooking class there as each villa has its own outdoor kitchen. Overall an excellent place to stay. We were very sad to leave Kasih!
