The atmosphere was pleasant and comfortable. The environment was tranquil, and the staff members were amiable. However, it is important to note that expectations should be managed, as my television was non-functional throughout my stay. Furthermore, I encountered some difficulty with the door lock, which required extra time to secure. The room's cleanliness was also a concern, and I experienced an issue with rodents accessing the garbage I had placed outside.

It was great, it’s a little bit down the alley from one of the main strip areas and a short walk to the beach. Our door didn’t quite close so the AC didn’t work fantastic which is a pretty minor inconvenience. Overall great place!

Nice basic accommodation in quiet cut de sac. Rooms off the central courtyard may not be as quiet or private. There was hot water shower only twice in five days. Friendly staff and affordable meals from house kitchen. Bed covers a little pre loved.

Well, not that great, just ok for overnight

The pool was excellent, the room just ok, might during the pandemic, so the cleanliness bit less, but can't complain much, the staff tried did the best they can, just need upgrade the maintenance

Value for money

Stayed July 19. Location was ok, down a long lane but close to a lot of restaurants and shops. Was very well priced at less than $100nzd for 2 rooms including breakfast for 4 of us. Breakfasts were very basic and a bit unorganised so wouldn’t bother with this option. Recommend for those on a budget but I’d look elsewhere next time.

Nice hotel but a little bit far from main road, you have to walk at least 200 to 300 meters on narrow road, but its near Potato Head bar and other best restaurants, waliking distance to beach beach.

Location is very good - albeit down back alley ( gang ) The rooms were large an spacious , just remember to make sure the " make up my room " is show on your door as the staff turned it around after they cleaned my room. I wouldn't bother having breakfast here, it took far to long to arrive and there's a plethora of places 5 mins walk away. All in all you get what you pay for in terms of service , rooms , cleanliness - not bad for the money and the location is good.

What a friendly staff and such a great location! They were always willing to go above and beyond for anything needed... cooked great breakfast every morning and always were helpful with any questions or services! The villa stay is at the end of a back alley away from the hustle and bustle of the street but close enough for anything walking distance. I’ll definitely stay here again in the future!

The rooms were spacious with lovely balconies. The pool was really nice and clean! The staff were mostly very helpful too

Arrived late to find no room for us

First of all this hotel is incredible hard to find, the taxi driver even struggled. Me, my wife and small baby arrived late in the evening to find a sign on the door saying (Closed to public - private party). We went to the front desk and the guy spoke very little English unfortunately. The first thing he said was we have no room, without us even saying we had a reservation. He then couldn't find our booking at all and told us we couldn't stay, after some insisting he found our booking and then said you can't stay we have no rooms as a private party had hired the whole hotel, but he said we could come back tomorrow. We got him to phone the manager/boss who again after some time finally agreed to give us refund (which we are still waiting to receive) We quickly booked another hotel for the night and left! I do sincerely hope we will receive our refund and I would NOT recommend staying here, pay a little more for something nicer and in a better location! The guest who had hired the whole hotel did come over and advised us that the staff aren't that helpful and you have to remind them to do things like get towels for the room, after the conversation with him and the service we received we beleive we made the right decision to not stay

Comfortable basic accommodation in Seminyak

Comfortable spacious rooms, with a nice relaxing pool area. Fairly basic facilities, but exactly what I needed with so much nearby to entertain.

Convenient location and nice pool for the price, but service and especially cleanliness could be much better. The room did not have towels and after asking a few times with no success we just gave up and started using the pool towels. The room is spacious, but the toiled is really dirty and smelly.

La posizione è strategica, il resto è un disastro.

In una location deliziosa poco distante dal caos di Seminyak questa struttura viene brutalizzata da una gestione approssimativa, da una totale mancanza di privacy, dal lerciume che viene ripulito in modo grossolano dal personale che lavora senza criterio. Manca la presenza costante di un manager sul posto.

Would not stay again...

Vi bodde här sista natten innan vi skulle till flygplatsen. Handdukarna hade stora svarta märken, hotellrummet vad ostädat, det fanns inget schampo kvar i pumpen, det var fläckar på soffan och otroligt lyhört. Personalen som jobbade där stod även och rökte i baren. Eftersom att vi skulle med ett flyg tidigt på morgonen så bokade vi taxi via personalen på hotellet som sa att de skulle boka en taxi till 05:30, detta frågade vi om säkert tre gånger för att vara helt säkra att de inte skulle glömma oss. När vi kommer ut på morgonen står det ingen taxi utanför, personalen som jobbar ligger och sover på golvet och när vi sedan väcker dom för att fråga om våran taxi så förstår dom inte ett ord... vi fick tag i en taxi till slut men jag skulle inte bo här igen.
