The 2016 completely renovated from inside holiday home Erna, with private grounds, is located in a quiet location in the Baltic Sea Sellin. It borders on the forest area of the Granitz, where you have a direct connection to biking and hiking trails. The Rasender Roland stop is only about 5 minutes away. The sandy beach with the beautiful pier are in about 20 minutes. Shops are located in the village. The plot (about 330 sqm), on which there is a beach chair is, is completely fenced and a cozy sitting area with barbecue invites you to linger. A parking space for your car, located on the property. Well-bred dogs (max 2) are welcome. 2 bicycles can be booked on site.

It has a large living room with LED TV (40 inches), hi-Alage with CD, USB and Bluetooth connectivity, and a Blu-ray player. The sofa bed offers the possibility of additional extra bed. A cozy sitting area in the entrance hall invites you to stay, from here you have a great view of forest and nature. The quality kitchen has in store for you convection oven, microwave, ceramic hob, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezing compartment, electric kettle, toaster, coffee maker and many small items. The bedroom has a double bed (1,60 m X2,00 m) and in addition it is equipped with a LED TV. Our modern bathroom has natural light, walk-in shower, vanity and toilet. Ideal für Wanderer
Das Objekt ist sehr gepflegt die Eigentümerin wohnt 2 Häuser weiter.
In den Ort geht man ca 20 Minuten.
Man kann fast direkt in einen Buchenwald gehen und bis Binz durch einen Wald in Küstennähe gehen. Was nur auf deg Seite des Vermieterrs steht ist das ein Hund pro Tsg 5 € extra kostet

Das Ferienhaus und die Lage sind sehr schön. Die Eigentümer haben uns sehr freundlich empfangen und ebenso verabschiedet. Sie waren während unserem gesamten Aufenthalt für uns da, ohne aufdringlich zu wirken. Leider haben wir erst bei Ankunft erfahren, dass pro Hund und Tag weitere Kosten in Höhe von 5,00 anfallen. In unserem Fall betrugen die Mehrkosten für unseren Aufenthalt 70,00 €. Wir hätten uns gewünscht, diese Information bereits bei Buchung zu erhalten und sind daher von FeWo-direkt und dem Vermieter etwas enttäuscht.

"White Christmas" und viel Ruhe
Wir sind am 23.12. angereist und hatten das Glück, daß es an diesem Tag schneite. Die nächsten Tage waren kalt, sonnig und klar sodaß uns der Schnee erhalten blieb. Nach unsren ausgiebigen Spaziergängen kamen wir zurück in die wohlige Wärme des Ferienhauses. So hatten wir ein paar wunderschöne Tage voll Ruhe und Entspannung. Am 29.12. mußten wir leider schon wieder abreisen, aber unsere "Weisse Weihnacht 2021" auf Rügen werden wir nicht vergessen!

Toller Urlaub auf Rügen!
Unser erster Urlaub auf Rügen war spitzenmäßig! Das Ferienhaus hat eine tolle Lage. Es ist zentrumsnah aber ruhig gelegen. Wir wurden sehr herzlich aufgenommen und genauso verabschiedet. Das Haus und der Garten sind sehr sauber und geflegt. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!

sehr schöner Urlaub
Wir haben mit unserem Hund einen sehr schönen Urlaub in diesem Ferienhaus verbracht. Das Haus ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Es ist alles da, was man für einen schönen entspannten Urlaub braucht. Das Grundstück ist komplett eingezäunt, was auch dem Urlaub mit Hund sehr zugute kommt. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder!

Das Ferienhaus ist empfehlenswert. Auch die Umgebung ruhig, man kann hier sehr gut entspannen.

Rundum gelungener Kurzurlaub
Wir haben uns in dem kleinen, ruhig am Waldrand gelegenen, liebevoll und hochwertig eingerichteten Häuschen sofort wohlgefühlt. Alles war sehr sauber und neuwertig. Die Angaben im Online-Inserat entsprechen den Tatsachen. Das zugehörige allein nutzbare Grundstück ist komplett eingezäunt. So können auch Hundebesitzer entspannt die Sonne auf der Terrasse oder im Strandkorb genießen. Herrliche Wander- und Radwege sind direkt vor der Haustür, sehr empfehlenswert für Hundebesitzer und Aktivurlauber. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war absolut freundlich und unkompliziert. Sie sind jederzeit ansprechbar und um das Wohlergehen ihrer Gäste bemüht, ohne aufdringlich zu sein. Der Ort mit seiner sehenswerten Seebrücke ist fußläufig in ca. 20 min zu erreichen. Will man an den schönen Südstrand empfiehlt sich ein Fahrrad oder Auto. Wer Ruhe und Erholung sucht und dabei gern in der Natur unterwegs ist, ist hier absolut richtig.
