Welcome to the apartment house Zur Brücke! In our apartment house directly on the Neuensiner See we offer you very beautiful, individually and comfortably furnished holiday apartments, where you can spend a relaxing holiday close to nature. The quietly located apartment house in the idyllic Seedorf (district of the seaside resort Sellin) was renovated a few years ago very elaborately and lovingly and refers with its name to the nearby wooden bridge over the Bek. It surprises its guests with a very beautiful interior and exterior design. For example, most of the apartments have an old tiled fireplace, which exudes warmth and coziness, especially in the colder months after a walk on the beach. Partly you can enjoy from the apartments and from the terraces a beautiful view of the lake Neuensiener and experience wonderful sunsets here. Located in the UNESCO Biosphere Reserve South-East Rügen, here spend your holiday in an unspoilt nature Rügen. Until the lake and harbor is only a few meters and the sandy beach on the Baltic Sea is also just 3 km away. Approximately 300m away is also a small swimming area on the bay. You can also enjoy a wonderful view of the bridge to Preetz and the adjacent marina from the terrace. The apartments mostly have combined living and sleeping rooms and are equipped for 2 to 4 guests. Modern bathrooms with shower / WC and small kitchenettes complete the facilities. Our guests have access to Internet Wi-Fi. Barbecue and fishing are available right on the water. Sailboats can also be arranged through us in the most beautiful natural harbor of Ruegen. For cars, free parking is available on the property and for your brought bicycles is a garaging available. If required, bicycles can also be rented on the property. In the high season runs regularly a small local bus from Seedorf to Sellin. Fernab von Stress und Trubel, aber leider mit Abstrichen
Angekommen in Seedorf haben wir direkt vor dem Objekt einen Parkplatz erhalten.
Frau Boden hat uns sehr nett begrüßt und wir durften sogar 1 Stunde früher die Wohnung beziehen. Angekommen roch es noch nach dem Essigreiniger, mit dem kurz zu vor noch geputzt wurde.
Betritt man die Ferienwohnung steht man direkt im Küchen-und Essenbereich, ausgestattet mit einem kleinen Tisch und zwei Stühlen, sowie einem Gaderobenschrank, welchen man als Vorratsschrank nutzen kann. Nun einige nicht so schöne Dinge:
Zur Einrichtung gehört eine Kaffeemaschine und ein Wasserkocher, welcher leider vor Kalk und Dreck nur so stand. Wenn man morgens Kaffee trinken möchte, man bereits gefrühstückt hat und der Kaffee immer noch nicht durchgelaufen ist, weiß man es ist wieder soweit und man sollte entkalken. Beide Geräte haben wir entkalkt damit man morgens wenigstens zu seinem Kaffee oder auch Tee kommt.
Abgehend vom Eingangsbereich kommt man in ein Schlafzimmer, welches ausgestattet ist, wie in der Beschreibung. Da die Wohnung selbst über kein Wohnzimmer verfügt und man dadurch gezwungen ist auf dem Bett zu sitzen, merkt man das die Matratzen ihre besten Jahre hinter sich haben und durch gesessen/ bzw durch gelegen sind.
Ein kleines, innenliegendes Badezimmer mit einer Dusche, WC und Waschbecken vervollständigen die Wohnung. Auch hier lies die Sauberkeit sehr zu wünschen übrig. In der Dusche selbst befand sich schwarzer Schimmel rings um die Fugen. Duscharmatur und Mischbatterie waren ebenso stark verkalkt. Eines kleines Eckregal welches man für diverse Utensilien nutzen könnte, haben wir nicht benutzt, da man auch dieses erst hätte putzen müssen. Somit blieben unsere Hygieneartikel im Beautycase. Direkt neben der Dusche befindet sich die Toilette, mit einem netten WC-Deckel mit Fischen als Motiv. Vermutlich sollte dieses Motiv von der mehr als widerlichen WC-Bürste ablenken. Ebenfalls wäre es schön gewesen eine Aufhängung für Handtücher zu haben, da es ohne Fenster im Badezimmer schon schwierig wird, die genutzten Handtücher trocken zu bekommen. Da das Badezimmer innenliegend ist, wird durch eine Abluft die Kondensation vom heißen Duschen abgezogen. Wenn man aber auch hier ab und zu die Spinnweben entfernt, könnte es dazu dienen das die Abluft schneller ihre Arbeit tun kann.
Im Urlaub möchte man eigentlich nicht erst Bad und Küche putzen müssen um sich wohl zu fühlen, daher gibt es für die Sauberkeit nur einen Stern.

Kleine, gemütliche Ferienwohnung in ruhiger Seelage
Die gut eingerichtete Ferienwohnung liegt neben anderen ählichen Wohungen im Erdgeschoss eines schönen Hauses in unmittelbarer Nähe des Seedorfer Hafens.
Für zwei Personen ist hier gerade genügend Platz zum Nächtigen und Frühstücken sowie für kleinere Mahlzeiten.
Bei gutem Wetter kann auch eine kleine Terasse vor der Wohnung oder der Gaten hinter dem Haus mitbenutzt werden.
Abstellmöglichkeiten für Fahrräder und ein Stellplatz für ein Auto stehen ebenfalls zur Verfügung.
Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit, der Kontakt sowie Ankunft und Abfahrt waren problemlos.
In der Nähe befinden sich mehrere gute Restaurants, ein Bäcker und ein Fahrradverleih, bei welchem auch die Kurkarte erhältlich ist.
Ein Linienbus hält auch regelmäßig in der Nähe.
Insgesamt eine zu empfehlende Unterkunft.

Um den Preis hat es gepasst, einige keinigkeiten sollten doch noch gerichtet werden.
Die Wohnung war von der Größe her am Limit, im Nassbereich fehlten die Möglichkeiten Handtücher od. Badetücher aufzuhängen, ebenso in der Brause fehlte eine Möglichkeit das Duschgell abzulegen. Die Vermieterin war sehr Nett u. zuvorkommend.

Prima appartement, compleet, kon iets schoner. Extra set handdoekken in de kast zou top zijn.
Zeer vriendelijke gastvrouw. Uitzicht uit appartement is beperkt maar ligging super.
