Bewertung Appartement Nr.3

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön hell und die einzelnen Wohnräume sind groß, was uns sehr gefallen hat, allerdings nur mit dem Nötigsten, sehr spartanisch eingerichtet (gemütlich also eher nicht, das war für uns nicht so wichtig). 2 moderne Bäder ist die Übertreibung des Jahres, es sind 2 kleine Räume, ein normales WC mit Waschmaschine und eine übliche Dusche trifft es eher. Wir hatten damit kein Problem, aber man sollte es auch so benennen! Die Sauberkeit ließ allerdings sehr zu wünschen übrig!!! Daran sollte der Vermieter unbedingt arbeiten! Die Wohnung liegt direkt an der Ecke Wilhelmstraße/ Granitzer Straße, wer lärmempfindlich ist, hat damit vielleicht ein Problem, außerdem parterre. 1 Fenster hatte keine Jalousie, deshalb mussten wir den Vorhang geschlossen lassen, da die Hausbewohner direkt am Fenster vorbeigehen. Wir waren den ganzen Tag unterwegs und für unsere Zwecke war die Wohnung in Ordnung und letztendlich stimmt auch das Preis/ Leistungsverhältnis!

Absolut Empfehlenswert

Eine sehr schöne und schlichte Ferienwohnung mit einem sehr netten Vermieter. Die zimmer waren ordentlich und sauber und es gab für alle genug Platz. Der große Esstisch war optimal zum Essen und Brettspiele spielen. Der balkon mit eigenem strandkorb lud zum verweilen ein, trotz der noch kälteren temperaturen. Es war alles fußläufig durch die Seeparkpromenade zu erreichen und dank der Bäderbahn konnte man auch gemütlixh von A nach B gindeln. Wir kommen auf jedenfall wieder. Absoluter geheimtipp zum esden gehen ist das alte Postamt. Ich war hell auf begeistert ubd auch von dem tollen Umgang mit meiner 2 hährigen Tochter

Es war sehr schön! Tolle Unterkunft, sehr sauber und bestens gelegen. Wir hatten bestes Wetter. Sellin ist wirklich ein schöner Urlaubsort. Man kann dort tolle Fahrradtouren machen. Wir werden wiederkommen!

Die Wohnung ist schön, hell und gut geschnitten. Sie liegt nahe am Zentrum von Sellin. Auch der Strand ist gut zu Fuß zu erreichen.

Unser Urlaub war sehr schön. auch wenn das Wetter nicht immer so toll war, konnten wir doch viel unternehmen. Es gibt viele Orte, die sehenswert sind. Das Ahoi Schwimmbad ist auch immer einen Besuch wert.

Schöne Wohnung für Familien

Die Wohnung mit zwei Schlafzimmern ist gut für Familien. Wir waren zwei Mamas mit ihrem jeweiligen Kind. Es hat uns in der Wohnung an nichts gefehlt, nur etwas „kühl“ eingerichtet. Aber insgesamt vom Preis-Leistungsverhältnis und der Lage super. Garage für die Fahrräder war auch sehr komfortabel. Kommen gerne wieder.

Es war einfach nur super

Wir wurden bei der Ankunft sehr freundlich begrüßt und es wurde uns die Wohnung und der dazu gehörige Parkplatz gezeigt. Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr schön groß und hell. Es war sehr sauber und nach 5 Tagen wurden die Handtücher automatisch gewechselt. Es war ein sehr schöner Urlaub. Wir würden jederzeit wieder in diese Ferienwohnung fahren.
