The apartment is located on the first floor of a house without elevator, in triplex
On the first floor is the first double bedroom, and a bathroom with a bathtub, a toilet and a washing machine.
On the second floor is the open living room with the kitchen and living room.
The kitchen is equipped with a hob, oven, refrigerator, freezer, Senseo coffee machine, kettle. Everything is available to make you feel at home.
In the living room we find a beautiful hearth, this decorative fireplace as well as the beautiful wooden beams provide a warm and typical atmosphere. The living room has a sofa bed where two people can also sleep, there is also a flat screen TV with a wide variety of channels.
On the third floor there is a second bedroom with a double bed.
The entire accommodation will be yours, and always in the spirit of satisfying you:

clean towels will be at your disposal as well as a bath mat and a kitchen towel

From the apartment, you can easily explore the city center and its many cultural places, such as the Humanist library, the churches of St George and St Foy, as well as the Bread Museum, while enjoying various boutiques, bakeries, patisseries restaurants, and ready-to-wear stores.

This accommodation is non-smoking. The use of cigarettes, e-cigarettes, hookahs and any other smoking device is prohibited.
Smoking or using a smoking device will result in a penalty of €250 in additional cleaning costs.
Animals are strictly prohibited.
Bed and bathroom linen as well as standard final cleaning at the end of your stay are included in the price. This includes changing bed linen, general cleaning of the apartment and bathrooms.
However, it is your responsibility to clean and put away the dishes, take out the trash, empty the refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave as well as tidy up inside the apartment. If you do not want to take care of this, you can order a supplement called “full cleaning” of the apartment for 30 euros before your arrival. In the absence of prior reservation for this option, and in the event of non-compliance with these instructions, you will be charged penalties of €60 cleaning costs.
You will be asked to sign a digital contract and your identity document via the Yaago platform after booking, as well as information for the police form, in accordance with current regulations. If the identity of the people present during the stay does not match that of the reservation, we reserve the right to refuse you access to the accommodation.
