The main house features four bedrooms with queen beds, three bathrooms, a spacious kitchen and dining area, and a cozy living room with gas fireplace. and Smart TV. The separate cottage offers a queen bed sleeping space open to the living room, a private queen bedroom, full kitchen, and large bathroom. Perfect for large families, retreats, and group getaways. Ideal for guests who want shared time together plus a quiet, private space for the guests that like to turn in early.

We have a single long term tenant that occupies the lower unit below the main house. This individual also helps maintain both Airbnb units, very respectful, quiet and has one vehicle.
The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a kitchen with a refrigerator, an oven, a microwave, and a stovetop. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a fireplace, and a coffee maker.
