Great accommodating space! Has plenty of room and is in a really good location if you want to get out and see all the big hit items in Sedona. I personally like the quiet of west Sedona and then driving wherever need be. Host had great communication, and was clear on everything!

Loved the place! Unfortunately didn't get to experience the true beauty until our last day because we were out when the sun was up. But the hot tub and rooms were excellent to relax. My nephew was especially happy to have a room to himself with a tv that played youtube lolI would love to stay here again, it was very comforting and the host was always at the ready. Thank you again!

Great location and neighborhood . The house was exactly as expected. Our host was extremely informative and kept in touch from the time I made the reservation. Spacious home for our 1 night stay in Sedona. Kitchen was well equipped—loved the views. We were visited by some javelina in the evening .

Was clean, very good instructions ,cal king mattress was very comfortable. We stayed in a few houses on our trip and my husband took a picture of that mattress tag because he thought it was so nice. The three bedrooms was nice as both couples sleep in separate rooms at home. The California king gave my husband and I enough space. View was beautiful and enjoyed the hot tub. If we did a return trip would definitely rent again. Discuss with my SIL who is with me how this would be a great place to rent for a girls trip . The only thing I would say is would like the automatic light to shine on the door when we came in because it was late at night and dark . Very quick response from host. Wish we’d stayed another day or two just to enjoy the hikes that were right by the house.

It was a perfect size for our stay. It was clean , well kept and ready for us. The property had everything we needed; towels, shampoo, clean bedding, hair dryer, coffee maker, and more. It was perfectly placed in town near thing we wanted to do in town and out of town. The hot tub was plus.

The Sedona home had everything we needed for a wonderful family vacation. The beds were very comfortable, and it was a great place to relax and get a good night’s sleep. The neighborhood is quiet and charming, and the location is perfect for enjoying all the outdoor activities around Sedona. We highly recommend staying here!

Great host, sad house

The house is old and creaky, but serviceable, though the laundry room is a shack out back through the dirt and gravel. Decor is thrift store and weird. The biggest problem was that it was dirty, no attention to details: dirty windows and neglected floors, not quite clean dishes, dried food on dining table runner, etc. However, the host was great to respond to needs and questions. The view out the master window and decks was beautiful.

Fantastic location!

Nice place to relax with the family

It’s a little dated, but so am I so I still give it 5-stars. It’s a lovely place to relax with the family, enjoy the hot tub, or relax on the deck and enjoy the night sky. Very peaceful, private and comfortable. It’s nice to just walk a few blocks and then hike some trails without having to find parking.

Cozy and equipped

Everything was clean and we had plenty of supplies like towels, dishes and even citronella candles. However, the listing said laundry was available on site. We didn’t see any laundering facilities available. Otherwise it was convenient, private and perfect for my girls trip.

Lovely get away just off the main routes in Sedona

The property was exactly as described. We spent 4 nights and found that all our needs were met. Kitchen was dated but had all cookware and utensils available for nearly any meal you might create. The grill was great for our steaks the first night. The hot tub was easy to access and well maintained. Grocery store is within a few minutes drive and access to downtown Sedona as well as to nearby rec areas was easy by car. The head to one walking trail was .25 mile away with a lovely hike into the red rocks to watch the sunset. There was plenty of room for a whole family or more people to join for those who are looking for larger spaces (way too much room for just the two of us!)
