NEW! Spring Views in Uptown! Hot Tub, Large Deck & Patio, Games!
** WELCOME TO SERENITYVIEW – WHERE RED ROCKS MEET RELAXATION (AND HOT TUB HAPPY HOURS) **
This stunning 3BR/2.5BA home sits in an elevated, peaceful corner of Uptown Sedona and sleeps up to 9 (think 4 adults + 5 kids, or 6 adults if the kids stayed home). We're talking sweeping red rock views from basically every room, a hot tub that makes you question ever leaving, and enough games to keep everyone entertained when you actually do come inside. Walk to Uptown galleries, shops, and restaurants – we're dangerously close to that fudge place. SerenityView is your serene, southwestern-chic basecamp for crushing Sedona without the chaos.
Licenses: Sedona: #033230, AZ TPT: #21627900
** A RETREAT, NOT A RAGER ** This home sits in one of Sedona's quietest residential neighborhoods — the kind of place where the loudest thing at midnight is a coyote doing its thing. If you're here to unwind, stargaze, and actually sleep, you'll fit right in. If you're planning a late-night hot tub party, we love the enthusiasm — but this isn't your spot.
** THE LOCATION SWEET SPOT ** Here's the deal: you're tucked in a quiet, elevated neighborhood with jaw-dropping red rock views (the kind that make your phone camera roll explode), yet you can walk to Uptown Sedona in minutes. Coffee runs, dinner reservations, browsing art galleries – all happen without moving your car.
Beyond Uptown, you're minutes from Chapel of the Holy Cross, Tlaquepaque Arts & Shopping Village, and the famous vortex sites. We even hook you up with an America the Beautiful National Parks pass so you can skip daily parking fees at trailheads. More money for margaritas and turquoise jewelry you didn't know you needed.
** IT'S ALL ABOUT THOSE VIEWS (SERIOUSLY, THEY'RE RIDICULOUS) **
SerenityView isn't just a clever name – these red rock views are the real deal. Visible from almost every room, especially the bedrooms, but the outdoor spaces are where the magic happens. Sip morning coffee on the expansive deck, soak in the hot tub at sunset, or gather around the firepit under the stars. It's the kind of backdrop that makes you feel like you're in a meditation app, but better because it's real.
** AMENITIES THAT ACTUALLY MATTER **
**Kitchen That's Actually Stocked:** Not just "technically has appliances" stocked – we're talking dedicated coffee bar, spices, cookware, the works. Big dining tables inside and out seat 8+ people for family feasts or competitive board game nights.
**Entertainment for All Ages:** Xbox Series S with two controllers, full-size ping pong table, foosball – basically a family tournament waiting to happen. There's also a cozy reading nook for when you need to escape your travel crew (we get it).
**Outdoor Spaces You'll Actually Use:** The deck has ample seating, dining space, and a Weber grill for cooking with a view. The patio features a 6-person hot tub (red rock views included), firepit for s'mores debates, and lounge seating that'll make you lose track of time. All year-round, because Sedona weather is unfairly nice.
**Sleep Like You Mean It:** Memory foam beds in every bedroom. 4K smart TVs in all three bedrooms for Netflix-and-actually-chill vibes. Throw pillows and blankets everywhere because cozy matters.
**Modern Comforts:** Whole-house air purifier (fresh air, even fresher), lightning-fast 1 Gbps WiFi, washer/dryer with detergent included. Everything works, everything's clean, everything's thought through.
** BEDROOM SETUP **
**Master King Suite:** King bed, private bathroom, 55" 4K smart TV, and red rock views from your pillow. Basically, you might not leave this room.
**Guest King Bedroom:** King bed, shared bathroom access, 50" 4K smart TV, and more of those ridiculous red rock views.
**Kids' Bunk Room (AKA The Fun Zone):** Two bunk beds plus trundle sleeps 5 kids total. Xbox Series S with controllers and a 55" smart TV means you won't see them for hours. You're welcome.
*Quick note: Bunks and trundles have a 200lb weight limit – kids only, please. We know you want to relive your childhood, but physics.*
** OUTDOOR YEAR-ROUND PERKS **
**Hot Tub:** 6-person, red rock views, available every single day of the year. Post-hike soaks are mandatory.
**Firepit:** Gas-powered, zero hassle, maximum s'mores and stargazing potential.
**Weber Grill:** On the deck, ready to go. Grill steaks while pretending the views aren't doing all the work.
** ENTERTAINMENT LINEUP **
- 75" 4K smart TV with soundbar in living room (movie nights just got serious) - 50"+ 4K smart TVs in both king bedrooms - 55" smart TV + Xbox Series S in kids' bunk room - All TVs are Roku with guest mode – log into your Netflix/Hulu/Disney+, auto-deletes at checkout - Book collection in guest bedroom for actual unplugging - Ping pong and foosball tournaments in the garage area
** THE GOOD STUFF **
- Whole-house air purifier keeping things fresh - 1 Gbps WiFi (because someone's always "working remotely") - Washer/dryer with detergent pods included - Boutique toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, body wash) + hair dryers in all bathrooms - Electric fireplace for cozy vibes - Heating and AC that actually work year-round
** PARKING THAT DOESN'T SUCK **
4-car driveway. Multiple families? No problem. Nobody's circling the block or playing parking Tetris.
** SEDONA IN EVERY SEASON (BUT ESPECIALLY SPRING & WINTER) **
**Spring = Peak Sedona:** Perfect hiking temps (70s during the day), wildflowers popping, red rocks glowing in soft light. Trails like Bell Rock and Cathedral Rock are less crowded than summer, and the lighting is chef's kiss for photos. Use our National Parks pass to skip trailhead fees and hit more trails.
**Winter = Underrated Magic:** Mild temps (often 60s!), way fewer tourists, and that crisp desert air makes hiking Cathedral Rock or Devil's Bridge feel even more epic. Visit in November/December for Tlaquepaque's Festival of Lights – thousands of twinkling lights transforming the village into holiday magic. Want snow? Arizona Snowbowl near Flagstaff is 1.5 hours away for a ski day trip, then come back to the hot tub. Best of both worlds.
**Vortex Seekers:** Cooler months = perfect for exploring Sedona's energy vortexes without melting. The stillness enhances the whole spiritual experience (or so they say – we just know it feels good).
** HOUSE RULES (THE BORING BUT Necessary Stuff) **
- Check-in: 4pm or later - Checkout: 10am - Max 9 guests (no surprise +1s) - Quiet hours: 10pm–8am no loud music outside (neighbors are chill, let's keep it that way) - Must be 25+ to book (ID may be required) - No parties or events – this is for families and friends seeking actual relaxation - No pets (allergies are real) - No smoking inside - No adults on bunks/trundles (200lb limit isn't a suggestion)

Great location, easy to find. The house was very neat and clean, plenty of space for the 5 of us. My two little kids had fun playing using some of the games there. Enjoyed our stay and would definitely go again.

We had the most incredible girls weekend at this property — truly the best vacation rental we’ve ever stayed in. The home is absolutely beautiful, spotless, and so thoughtfully appointed with everything we needed (and more). The views are next level. Sitting together in the mornings with coffee and taking in the red rocks was pure magic. Every space felt comfortable, stylish, and welcoming — perfect for relaxing, laughing, and catching up.It felt special from the moment we walked in. We didn’t want to leave and would come back in a heartbeat. Highly, highly recommend for anyone planning a trip to Sedona!!!

The house is impeccably clean, tastefully and sparingly decorated( ie no tchotchkes and unnecessary decor) and well organized. It is in a fantastic location, close to downtown for restaurants and shopping for essentials. It is in a perfect location for hiking the trails. Perfect time of year to go (January/february)the weather was perfect and no crowds. NB: the neighbors are extremely sensitive to noise….so quiet crews only…there were only two of us , we used the hot tub twice and put the hot tub radio on so we could hear above the noise from the jets, they persistently complained. The owner, Elvis, was a gentleman. We’re sorry that he had to put up with his unhappy neighbors when he is just trying to offer a nice experience for his guests.

Loved our stay! The house was exactly described. It was a beautiful house, very clean, and had all things we needed for our stay. The hot tub was an added bonus! It was a great way to relax the muscles after a day of hiking. I can’t recommend this place enough! Will definitely stay here again when back in Sedona. The host Elvis was also great to work with. He sends communication prior and during stay. Don't hesitate to book this wonderful house!

Location was great, close walk to uptown shopping and restaurants. The house was immaculate and super equipped with everything we needed. Our two early teenage boys did not want to leave; the ping pong, the Xbox, the putt-putt and the hot tub. Last but not least, was the incredible view off of the porch. Every night we sat on the back porch after a long day’s hike looking at the view at the colors changing at sunset of the canyon.
