The house was perfect inside and out! The check in and check out process was super easy and the location was amazing! The hike so close to the house was beautiful and the hammocks in the back yard for star gazing was wonderful! If/when I return to Sedona I will stay here again!

Perfect Location

Perfect place to stay! Comfortable, clean, amazing location. Very dark for night sky viewing. The neighborhood is quiet and nice. Kitchen has everything you need to cook meals. Beds and bedding are super comfortable. Without a doubt the best thing is the proximity to the trailheads! The host leaves you alone if that's what you want but is also friendly and answers any questions you may have quickly. The only way this stay could have been better would be if I never had to leave! I will return to Sedona, often, and I plan to stay in this home.

Perfect location for hiking

Stayed 3 nights. Very quiet. Easy to several trail heads without driving. Mid-century type home, two BR's, comfortable beds. Clean upon arrival, great communications with owner.

Location Location!

Trailhead to gorgeous red rock scenery is only a short walk up the street as promised! Very comfortable beds and fantastic shower! Quiet neighborhood, you feel far from the crowds yet close to all attractions and conveniences. Jeremy is very attentive and gave us great recommendations of places to go. A real home away from home feeling, mid century vibes. Kitchen well equipped. Only suggestion is a medium size sauce pan and full size grater. My companion wished for a drip coffee maker but made do with the French press.

Fabulous location

Loved staying so close to the hiking trails. You can go any time of day to capture excellent photos. The host, Jeremy, is extremely pleasant and gives detailed, creative advice for places to go. Inside, we noticed the softness -- of the towels, the bedding, and the carpets. A cozy place to stay that won't break the bank!

Awesome home near trails

One of the best places we have stayed at in Sedona! The home was very clean and comfortable, and has a modern, well stocked kitchen. We had a minor issue with the wifi password and the host answered the phone and fixed the issue right away! The cozy home is very close to the Sugarloop and Teacup trails and it was incredible to be able to hop right on them after a short walk up the street. We would definitely stay here again!

Great location -- Comfortable house

This house is a short walk to a trailhead that has extremely limited parking. What a privilege to simply walk in. And the house is comfortable enough to enjoy being hunkered in for a rare Sedona snow day.

Hard to beat the location

Location ideal for days of trail-blazing. House was great- plentiful supplies, well maintained, and plenty of space. Owner was super easy to work with. Definitely a place to come back to!

Great Place in a Great Location

We love going to Sedona and this house was perfect for our trip. Close access to hiking trails, grocery store, and restaurants. Jeremy, the owner, was easy to contact and helpful with our questions.

Great little house close to open space

My son and I stayed here for 6 days in November. The house was clean and very nice. We would definitely stay here again. Communication with property owner was easy and rapid responses. Highly recommend!

Perfect Location to see Desert and Red Rocks

The house was clean with new appliances and modern furniture. There is lots of hangout space. The bed I used was one I would want in my own home with a hard wood frame and with a great mattress. There was no noise. There is covered parking. There is a Whole Foods and Safeway within 1.3 miles. The location is amazing. The location is half a block from the Sugarloaf trailhead. I cannot think of a better red rock location near 5+ trails including Sugarloaf, Teacup, Andante, Thunder Mountain, Chimney Rock. The hiking and views cleansed my soul. I especially liked the Chimney Rock Pass trail where you can see Sedona and turn 180 degrees to see the other expansive valley looking toward Doe Mountain and The Cockscomb. Late in the day I wondered back to the trail and relaxed on a large red rock or red rock face. My average number of steps per day in Washington DC is about 5000 so I was expecting to be very sore and tired. I averaged almost 7 miles(14,000 steps a day). Drink a lot of water and take a bath in lotion because it is dry. I do not understand all the talk about vortexes. Everywhere around Sedona is a vortex for me.

Great quiet street but close to everything!

This place was perfect! West Sedona so quiet residential neighborhood, but close enough to all the activities. Walking distance to sugar loaf trailhead. The beds were soooo comfortable and the kitchen had everything you could need to cook a meal. Also got to see some night time visitors. Javelinas! They travel in a pack and popped by to check us out while foraging for their supper. Jeremy is super responsive and helpful. We will definitely be back!

Great Stay

Everything about our stay was enjoyable. The host went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met. The location is amazing with quick access to beautiful trails. The drive to Uptown Sedona is convenient. The bedrooms are large and perfect for families. We hope to return!

Mother & Daughter Weekend + Baby

Jeremy was incredibly nice and easy to get in contact with the whole trip. We loved the location and easy access to trails and enjoyed coming home in the evenings to cook and spend time together while my 10 month old son crawled around and played.The house was perfect and cozy. My mom and sister and I all commented that we felt Jeremy’s hospitality should be how every host should be. Highly recommend!

Incredible Location, Great Host

Wow. If hiking among the red rocks is in your itinerary, then this is the place to come in Sedona. Parking at trailheads is difficult at best and typically impossible, so Jeremy's house puts you about half a block from a popular trailhead. We used those trails every day we stayed here. Communication with Jeremy was terrific; he was very responsive and accommodating. Highly recommend!

Hiking wonderland

Great house and location for hiking, a quick 1 minute walk to the west Sedona trail heads. Perfect location for travel to uptown, Oak Creek, south to wine country and Jerome. House was comfortable and exactly what you needed to be the base of your Sedona vacation. Will definitely consider booking again.
