With ample outdoor seating, everyone can spread out and enjoy some fresh air.

The interior features an open floor plan where the kitchen, living room, and dining area are seamlessly combined to offer guests the possibility of sharing unforgettable moments no matter where they are located inside the home. The living room is a great place to unwind, detailed with a TV, cozy furniture, and a gas fireplace. This home comes equipped with central air conditioning, so now you have the best of both worlds when it comes to managing the temperature during your stay! There is also a small desk and computer in case you need to work from home or attend a meeting. The kitchen boasts all stainless steel appliances, including a convenient dishwasher that will take care of things as soon as mealtime is over. You will also find a wet bar with a mini-fridge. Happy hour, anyone? Not to mention, hiking and biking trails are within a mile of your front door. Bike storage and tools are available in the garage.

Four beautifully appointed bedrooms include all-new Tuft & Needle mattresses. The main bedroom offers privacy and comfort with its own gas fireplace and inviting furniture, a bed-facing TV, and an en-suite full bath with a separate tub and a standalone shower.

THINGS TO KNOW
In order to operate vacation rentals within this city, we are required to provide a basic criminal background check for all guests. This requirement is for the safety and security of full-time residents and guests alike. To perform this check, we need a date of birth and a permanent address for the reservation holder.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.

Security camera details: One at the front doors, one at the garage door and one at the entrance to the back.
None of them pick up footage of the outdoor seating areas.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
