This charming 600 sq ft casita offers a perfect private retreat in West Sedona. It features 1 partially-enclosed bedroom with queen bed and a living room with queen sleeper sofa, making it ideal for couples, small families, or friends.

The fully stocked kitchen comes with basic cooking supplies, allowing you to prepare your favorite meals or a quick snack. The spacious bathroom provides ample space to relax after a day of exploring.

Enjoy some fresh air on the small private patio, perfect for a peaceful morning coffee or unwinding in the evening. Whether you`re in town for outdoor adventures or simply to relax, this cozy casita offers comfort, privacy, and convenience for your Sedona escape.

Guest have full and exclusive private access to guesthouse casita. There is a separate entrance to come and go as you please.

We also have shared driveway parking and a shared backyard space.

Getting around is a breeze! Our home offers easy access to main roads and highways, and driveway parking is available right in front of the property. Many of the area’s attractions are just a short drive or even within walking distance.

Backyard and driveway are shared with another Airbnb.

This home shares a backyard and driveway with a separate guest house casita, which is also an Airbnb rental. While each space is private, you may encounter other guests in the outdoor areas. The backyard offers plenty of room to relax and enjoy Sedona’s beautiful surroundings.

To ensure a peaceful environment for all guests and our neighbors, we kindly ask that quiet hours be observed from 9 PM to 9 AM.

* Maximum occupancy is **3 guests**. Reservations include up to **2 guests**; an additional guest fee of **$25/person per night** applies for the 3rd guest.
* Only registered guests are allowed on the property. No unauthorized visitors, parties, or events.
* **Quiet hours:** 9:00 PM – 9:00 AM. Please be mindful of outdoor noise and shared spaces.
* **Smoking:** Smoking is not permitted inside the home. If smoking outside, please keep doors/windows closed and fully extinguish all smoking materials due to our dry desert climate. A **$350 cleaning fee** applies for indoor smoking.
* **No pets allowed** at the Casita.
* **Shared backyard:** The backyard is a shared space with the main house. Please be respectful of other guests, keep noise to a considerate level, and help maintain a comfortable environment for everyone.
* **Parking:** Please park on the **left side of the driveway** designated for Casita guests. If you have multiple vehicles, please park tandem style or on the street. Do not block neighboring driveways or trash cans on collection days.
* Exterior security cameras monitor the front of the property and all entrances for safety. No cameras are located inside the home.
