Hidden Garage Gem

Stayed here for one of our kids sporting events, the rules and expectations were clearly outlined, the location was convenient but out of the main drive, our kids enjoyed the ping pong table during our down time. The place was very well kept and the host communicated everything we needed to know in a timely manner. We are definitely planning on coming back for future events in the area!

Great location for a winter adventure

This property was a great location for what we were planning to do for the weekend, it was close to Black Moshannon State Park and Mosquito Creek Sportsmen Association. The rental was clean and had everything we needed; the property itself was private and yet accessible even with winter roads. We would not hesitate to stay here again.

Perfect trail access house!

Very clean, a lot of amenities, can’t beat being 1.5 miles away from snow shoe black bear trailhead on an atv legal road.

Nice, rural setting

We walked the property down to a small stream. A good location for peace and quiet. Not close to good dining options. It takes a full 45 minutes to get to State College, but we knew that going in. Good communications!

We were going UTV riding on the snow shoe trails with friends in the area and we stayed here. This property was perfect for the weekend. We were able to ride our UTV from the house to the trails and back. The place was very clean and cozy. If we have the opportunity, we will definitely stay here again.

Quiet Stay in a Nice Home in the Country

This property is unique in that it has a HUGE two bay garage attached to a small, 2 bedroom house. When you arrive, you open the door on the right side of the garage doors and pull your car inside. Apparently, this place is designed for ATV riding & maintenance. The house itself was immaculately clean. When you are inside, all you may hear are the crickets outside. It is really quiet, so you sleep undisturbed. There is a gas grill, a firepit with plenty of firewood, and a nice kitchen/living room combo. Brandon, the owner/prop mgr, was super responsive, so check-in was quick and easy using a door code provided the day before arrival. I stayed here for a quick overnight during Penn State's Family Weekend, and it was great! Would definitely stay here again!

Loved this secluded country setting. It was an ideal location close to the wedding we attended at The View and close enough to State College. Next time we come for a game, we are planning to stay here if available! Everything was wonderful!!!!

Pleasant Stay!

The information in the listing is accurate. It was clean and everything was as expected. The owners were more than kind and quickly responded to any questions I had. They provided a well organized ring binder with all of the needed information of the area including emergency services and hospital nearby. I would not hesitate to book it again when in that area.

Starry Night

This location was very clean, well organized and offered all necessary home amenities. Very quiet and peaceful location with an incredible evening sky. The host was very responsive and kindly left us a few snacks and bottles of water. Overall, a very lovely stay!
