*. Noise Disclosure: This is a duplex. There may be guests in the neighboring unit. While there are no shared spaces, the units do share a wall, so you may occasionally hear light noise.



*. Step Disclosure: There is one step at the entrance. This is a single floor duplex.



*. Parking Disclosure: No garage access as it’s used as owner’s storage now. Parking is allowed on the designated driveway. Free street parking is easy as well.



*. AC Disclosure: There is no AC in the house. Only fans are provided.



*. We uphold our cancellation policy as we only have each night available to one group of guests. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your booking.



*. We are in a quiet neighborhood. Party or any form of noisy gathering is very very strictly prohibited. Quiet hour after 9pm.



*. Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside the house. Violations of this policy will result in a minimum fine of $500 per day.



*. Please note that we offer two options to protect both you and the property, ensuring it remains in excellent condition for you and future guests: a non-refundable Damage Waiver for a small fee ($37.45), or a refundable Safety Deposit ($350). As an official partner, these options will be presented to you after booking via our Guest App.
