This home is split into two units and this is the upper level only. The unit is two levels, containing 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and is 2180 sqft. Backyard belongs to the upper level guests.

**Additional Disclosure** • Please note that the house is located by an arterial road, so traffic noise may be noticeable during busy commuting hours. Ear plugs are provided for guests sensitive to noise. • This is a home and is not handicap friendly. Guests have to be very comfortable with stairs as there are multiple stories. See above for the floor-by-floor layout. • This property has two separate listings (Upper and Basement) on the property and this listing is for the Upper unit. Two rentals each has its own private entrance & don't share amenities in any way. You can either rent each unit separately or rent them together to sleep a total of 12. If you would like to view the listing to the basement unit or to rent both homes together, please feel free to send me an inquiry. • Driveway is shared for parking with lower level guests. But there are also plenty of street parking spots available.
**About the Reservation** • In booking our home, you consent to completing a third-party identity verification. The screening will have to be completed within 3 days from booking or at least 24 hours before check-in, whichever is earlier, to fully confirm your reservation. You are welcome to reach out to us for complete terms regarding guest screening. • We uphold our cancellation policy as we only have each night available to one group of guests. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your booking. One date change if your check-in date is more than 2 weeks away. No date changes otherwise. • For stays longer than 29 days, we require a double cleaning fee, additional tenant screening, lease signing, and a security deposit to fully confirm your reservation.
**About Fees & Pricing** • We utilize dynamic pricing. This means that booking rates may increase or decrease every day. We do not honor yesterday’s pricing.
**House Rules** • This is not a pet friendly home. $500 fine for unauthorized pets. • Strictly NO parties and events, quiet hours between 10pm-8am, no smoking or vaping of any kind anywhere on the property including outdoor areas, no digital piracy, no shoes in the home. $500 fine per violation.

Beautiful home, conveniently located
The home was perfect for our group. The home’s beautiful character and view were only enhanced by the thoughtful amenities, like a fully stocked spice rack and quality cooking knives you don’t often find at rental homes. We stayed in the upper unit and the distribution was great for a large group- enough space for some privacy but also comfortable communal spaces for all of us to gather. Access to the small backyard was an added bonus. The home is conveniently located, with just short drives to downtown, the waterfront, Capitol Hill, and most other neighborhoods. Its reasonable rates beat getting multiple hotel rooms and we look forward to staying there again. Thank you for the wonderful stay~
