Wonderful stay

We had a fantastic stay at the cottage. Everything was perfect from the wonderful hosts, the check in process, the decoration, comfortable beds, so many little extras and useful things. We had everything we needed and more.

Great Stay!

This place was just as advertised, the kitchen had all the amenities and even some special touches! The location is a short drive to downtown, the market, piers, and stadiums. There are some beaches not too far away and overall a great location for a few days in Seattle!

Perfect Magnolia Property

From excellent communication before we checked in, to every detail during our stay, to a seamless check out process, this was the perfect place to land while we were in Seattle. The property is adorable, peaceful, clean, cozy, and inviting. We loved our time here! The hosts go above and beyond to make you feel welcome and cared for. Highly recommend!

Where do I begin… everything was perfect. There was parking, level entry, all in a cozy little neighborhood just a few miles from Seattle. Everything you could need was thought out and available. I reserved this cottage so I could spend time with my 86 year old mom. The home was exceptionally clean, safe and comfortable. The host family was amazing and very receptive to concerns and followed up with all communication. I will definitely stay here again. Thank you Amelia and Adam! Tiffany and Joyce

Delightful and creative retreat with added touches that the owners included that made us feel welcomed immediately. The neighborhood was selected based on proximity to a family member and felt safe, relatively quiet and walkable [not handicap accessible]. Family- friendly and ability to park in the driveway was helpful. Host family is on site and very accommodating and friendly. * The refrigerator was not operating correctly during our stay and I am sure this will be corrected by our next visit which we will be sure to do.

This is a charming, spacious oasis nestled in a beautiful garden that we happened to see in all its spring glory. I was immediately put at ease by the outstanding cleanliness throughout. That set the tone to then absorb all the thoughtful amenities -- including a jar filled with delicious homemade chocolate chip cookies -- and a fully equipped kitchen with a real (!) coffee maker instead of a dreadful Keurig. The bedrooms had room darkening shades, comfy, quality bedding, and even a white noise machine. I rarely sleep well when traveling but I relaxed right into a good night's sleep for all 5 nights we stayed. The bath was stocked with nice quality towels, bath products, plenty of hot water and nice water pressure. The common areas are bright and airy, comfortable. and well appointed. The morning sun streaming through the oversized windows was glorious while sipping coffee and preparing for the day. I stayed here with my adult son and we were never tripping over each other and had privacy when needed. We did not rent a car but there is plenty of parking if necessary. Our host Amelia was absolutely lovely, and wonderfully responsive throughout the whole process. This is a gem! Will definitely book again when returning to Seattle.
