Communication with the property manager was excellent. They were kind, responsive, and easy to work with throughout our stay, and we truly appreciated their help when an unexpected booking issue arose.Unfortunately, the property itself did not meet our expectations. Several items needed repair during our stay, including broken sliding doors and a fireplace that was not functioning properly upon arrival. While the home was spacious and generally clean, it appeared to need more maintenance than we anticipated.The biggest concern was safety. A neighbor’s two large dogs were allowed to roam freely from across the street. On multiple occasions, one of the dogs aggressively charged us while barking and growling. We eventually had to aggressively scare the dog away to protect ourselves and our children, and we had to insist that the neighbor secure the dog. Because of this, we did not feel comfortable allowing our children to play outside in the front of the home during our stay.While we have no complaints about the property management team and appreciate their professionalism, and kindness the condition of the property and the ongoing safety concerns with the neighboring dogs would prevent us from staying here again. We would choose a different property in the future and, unfortunately, would not recommend this home to friends or family. The property manager was kind and responsive to our concerns and offered to speak with the neighbors about the dogs and provide a discount rate
