Awesome house and so fun to stay in such a solid architectural gem! The house was clean, had everything we needed. Beds were very comfortable. It’s great that there’s a parking spot too- tight for a large car so use caution pulling in and out. But it’s right on the bus line so if you don’t have a car it’s easy to get around.

We enjoyed our stay at the craftsman. Loved that it was close to the bus stop and a grocery store. Not too far of a drive from all the major Seattle attractions too. The house was cozy and felt like a home away from home.

Don't hesitate, stay here! We spent a very enjoyable week in this comfortable and well supplied house. The hosts were responsive and caring. The kitchen had all the dishes, utensils, and pots we needed for our week-long stay, including cooking a family Christmas dinner. The living room was perfect for family relaxing and TV watching. The bedrooms were clean, cozy, and restful. The grocery store and Bequest coffee shop are an easy two block walk. We highly recommend this Capitol Hill Craftsman.

Beautiful home in a great location. The parking spot was a little tight for a midsize SUV, but doable. If you're flying in, it's a very short Lyft or a 20 minute walk from the Capitol Hill Link station.

This was a charming house. A bit far from the city itself, but we got LOTS of exercise going up and down the hills. That said, there is a great coffee shop (or 2), several fantastic places to eat, and a couple of grocery stores nearby. The driveway and parking are very tricky. A good picture of the entrance from the street would be very helpful. The house was beautifully stocked with staples and was extremely comfortable and quiet.

It was a joy fulfilled week-end.with family. Who was the host? Large kitchen enough kitchen for 8 guest, but not enough place settings. I had to clean filter from dryer, cleaned out stained coffee cups (6) with denture taplets. Don't know who is responsible, but the legs on table, chairs need felt cups. scratching up old floors. These comments are to save the home for a million more guest!

Gorgeous views, awesome coffee bar!
These folks reply right away to messages and the directions, though a little unusual, were perfectly clear. Also that kitchen has been arranged and items purchased by someone who cooks, they had all the tools I needed! And the coffee bar was amazing. And we used the kayaks! 10/10

Beautiful home that makes you feel like you’re in classic Seattle. Very well located on transit (to downtown in 20 minutes) and with a convenient parking spot - though street parking is ample as promised. Walking distance to groceries and several restaurants. Bedrooms are nicely private and the kitchen is substantially sized. Would recommend to anyone who wants a view of the Cascades and Rainier on clear days. Hosts are excellent communicators making check in and check out a breeze.

Delighted
5 stars for this delightful well kept property. We found the three roomy bedrooms and two full baths to be perfect for our ladies trip. The owner was easy to reach and promptly addressed our questions. Bus stops next to the property made getting around extremely easy. We were pleased with a grocery store and restaurants within a short walk. We would definitely stay here again.

Lovely home in terrific Capitol Hill Neighborhood
The home is spacious with three good-sized bedrooms upstairs configured with good lighting and very comfortable beds. The kitchen is modern, spacious, and well stocked. As noted in the listing, the parking spot is very tight, especially for large cars. But, it's not difficult to find nearby street parking if this is a problem. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will likely return this home in the future.
