Parking was super easy in the rear of the home; Directions and explanations were comprehensive. House was clean. House is a tri-level so with young kids it could be hard because master is on the top floor and the other 2 bedrooms are on the first floor with the kitchen on the middle level. We really enjoyed our stay it was perfect for us to visit friends living in West Seattle and still get to downtown to explore. We were there with the first big storm of the season so we did not enjoy the balcony or beaches. We would definately stay there again in the future.

We very much enjoyed our stay! The home was clean and welcoming. We felt extremely safe in the area. The host was thoughtful and explained everything in detail. Parking for the unit was easily accessible. We will definitely rent this home again for future stays in Seattle, and will recommend it to friends and family!

Our overall stay was excellent! Cleanest place we’ve ever stayed at. The balcony view of the ocean was captivating. We felt very safe and the parking space was close to the front door. Communicating with our host was the best!

The apartment was super clean, well stocked and in a very quiet neighborhood. Communication with the host was easy and fast. Location is very convenient to shops and restaurants, and only 20 minutes from downtown by car. We had a great stay, and would definitely consider staying again if visiting Seattle.

This townhouse is in a wonderful neighborhood outside of downtown. There are bars, restaurants & grocery stores within walking distance but, in the same aspect, it’s calm, quiet & peaceful at night. The home itself had anything & everything that we could possibly need or want. If/when we come back to Seattle from Louisiana, we will definitely be booking this same townhouse again. (And we loved seeing the beautiful sunsets from the 4th floor rooftop sundeck!) Absolutely perfect!!!

Property was as pictured and had everything we needed. Communication with the owner from beginning to end was seamless! There are a lot of stairs so keep that in mind if traveling with children or elderly family.Great location. Close to charming Alki Beach and Salty’s on the water for an exceptional meal and view of Seattle. You can also take a quick water taxi to Seattle and then hop the Ferry once there to Bainbridge Island. Pike Place is walking distance once arriving on the water taxi. So happy we stayed here! Highly recommend!!

Great place! Clean and modern all of the beds were so comfortable, and the kitchen was well stocked with everything needed to prepare meals at the house. So grateful for the convenient and reserved parking space as there were very few open spots on the street. Loved the views from the rooftop balcony. Check in and communication with owner was easy. We will definitely stay here again if we visit Seattle in the future.

We enjoyed our visit to Seattle! This condo was the perfect location for our family of five. All of the beds were comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook some meals in between city life.

An excellent VRBO!!

This was our first time to Seattle and I wasnt totally sure what to expect about the location, but this was excellent. An easy drive into central downtown and only about 10 minutes to the beach. The location was private and quiet, and the house was just as advertised. The beds were comfy and the kitchen was well appointed. The rooftop view was gorgeous once the sun came out! Would highly recommend.

Amazing location and property!

We spent three days there and explored Alki beach, downtown Seattle including the pier and Pikes Place. We also went to Kraken and Mariners games - it was awesome to only be about 15 minutes from T-Mobile field! The pictures are accurate and it’s super clean. We loved the three floors to spread out and didn’t mind all the stairs. The rooftop view is amazing too! We plan to go back another time!

Perfect for girls trip

Brought my kids and mom to Seattle for a weekend getaway, this place is exactly like the photos. The neighborhood is super cute and quiet. A 15min drive (give or take) to all of Seattles landmarks. The beds are super comfortable, the kitchen has everything you need to make meals in.
