Villa typique des années 30, récemment rénovée pour votre plus grand confort (fin des travaux juin 2024), la Villa Bambi est idéalement située dans l'éventail, à 3 mn à pied de la plage et de la célèbre promenade Marcel Proust, à 4 mn du Canard Club (école de voile, de natation, activités de loisir pour adultes...), à 700 m du Casino et de l'avenue de la mer (nombreux restaurants et commerces), à 8 mn à pied du Garden Tennis Club, à 2 mn en voiture (11 mn à pied) du nouveau centre aqualudique et à 3 mn de la thalassothérapie (centre Thalazur).
Nous vous proposons cette maison familiale de 85 m2, sur 2 étages, avec un jardin clos de 200 m2 et une terrasse sur laquelle vous pourrez vous détendre au soleil et déjeuner à l'ombre des parasols et à l'abri du vent.
Vous pourrez garer votre voiture dans la propriété (très appréciable en pleine saison).
Au rez de chaussée se trouve la cuisine entièrement aménagée (plaque induction, lave vaisselle, four à micro-ondes, lave linge, une table pouvant accueillir 6 personnes dans un espace lumineux et ensoleillé l'après midi), le salon avec 2 canapés, TV connectée, une grande table et un piano décoratif des années 30 (sonorité d'époque) ainsi que des toilettes.

Séjour à Cabourg
Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine en famille dans cette maison. Très bien équipée et à l'aménagement optimisée, cette maison en tous points conformes à l'annonce, est idéalement placée et permet de tout faire à pieds ce qui est vraiment appréciable. Nous recommandons cette location.

Excellent séjour !
Située à 3 minutes à pied de la plage et de la promenade Marcel Proust, la villa Bambi est une très belle maison avec de grandes pièces très lumineuses. Elle est très facile à vivre et très fonctionnelle. On s’y sent tout de suite comme chez soi. Tous les équipements utiles permettent de passer un excellent séjour, dans la maison comme dans le jardin. Pouvoir se garer dans la propriétés est un très bon point, tout comme la buanderie pour faire sécher les serviettes de plage.
