We rented the house for our daughters sweet 16 birthday weekend. Plenty of room and comfortable beds. The kitchen/dining area was spacious and decorated wonderfully. We found this property exactly as presented in the website. Everywhere in the house was very clean and well maintained, as well as the surrounding property. We ate in much of the time and was very happy with how well supplied the kitchen was with cookery, utensils, dishes. The family enjoyed the use of the hot tub, which was clean and easy to use. We especially enjoyed the fire pit to sit around, visit, and recap our days. All in all, we couldn't have been happier with Beachy Pine and look forward to visiting again.
