We had a great stay over the Christmas holiday and were happy to be able to bring our husky—there was a dog bed, pet amenities, and a fenced yard for dogs, which was clean and well maintained. The house was very clean, including the hot tub. The location is perfect, just one block from the Promenade and the beach.The kitchen has updated appliances, and everything worked great. One recommendation would be to provide a broom so guests can sweep. There was also no sponge for dishes, and not enough dish soap was provided—we ran out by the second day. Additionally, the kitchen utensils seemed limited, with a lack of cooking utensils and pots/pans.Overall, we had a relaxing stay. We did have an issue with the lock, but after calling the after-hours line we received immediate assistance. The customer service was excellent.

Great location, super close beach access

Great house, well kept. My kids loved it. Yard is cute and a nice space if you bring your dog, was perfect for my little dachshund. Loved the access to the beach was so close, just a quick walk down the street, made for easy adventures with my kids.

Close to beach & downtown

Very comfortable home. Close to the beach and amenities downtown. Has lots of stuff in the garage for anyone wanting to play around the sand. Kitchen was beautiful and had plenty of items for a chef to manage her way around! Thank you for the comfort of this home while I was on a work trip.

Cozy Relaxing Winter Weekend

The cottage was clean, warm and well appointed. The proximity to the Prom and beach is fantastic. The hot tub was wonderful. It was a great place to really relax and enjoy some family time together. The fenced backyard was nice to have for our dogs, especially on a stormy weekend. Easy company to work with, will stay again!

Great Location and Comfortable Home

We really enjoyed the walkability to town. The home was very well stocked, especially the kitchen. I am also impressed with the way the home was cared for by the rental company. Because of that, we will be looking to them for rentals in the future. We would definitely stay here again.

Last Minute get away

This house is very charming, super clean and well maintained. The living, dining and kitchen areas are very open with lots of windows. The kitchen is fabulous and stocked with everything you will need. The hot tub was great and easy to use. It was really windy and stormy and we missed having an Ocean wave view and the bathrooms could be a little roomier, but other than that, this house is terrific,.

Family fun!

We had a great stay - perfect location to the beach and a short enough walk to the town for ice cream almost every day! The house was great and well stocked and a outdoor shower to rinse off before jumping into the hot tub to warm up! Would definitely return!

This is the coziest and welcoming home. was incredibly clean. The bed was comfortable and thank you for direct TV so I could watch the NFL playoff games :). Close to the beach and downtown. The hot tub was amazing after a day on the beach. Thank you so much for a wonderful time.

Thanksgiving 2021

We’re pleasantly surprised as to how comfortable we felt. It was important to have good kitchen and dining table. We made our typical turkey dinner with all the sides. We visit Seaside 3-4 times per year. Look forward to staying here in the future.
